Multiple friends have told me to try this place and I’m so happy I finally did! Parking was a breeze in their attached parking garage. We were greeted immediately upon arrival. The restaurant has very dark tones with a classy vibe. We started with the Bombolini w/ marscapone cream, Burrata w/ strawberries and Arancini Amatriciana. BEST arancini I’ve ever had!! The bombolini strongly reminded me of the apple fritters from Stevenson’s Apple Restaurant from back in the day. SO very good!! My friend ordered the Via Amelia Hash for her entree, and I had the Rosemary Chicken sandwich. She really enjoyed hers and commented on how large her portion was. I was full from donuts so took most of my sandwich to go… it was even better the next day, cold, straight from the fridge. All our food was delicious, service was good and the atmosphere was quiet, making it easy to converse. Please go visit them, even if you just go for the arancini and ricotta donuts!

I made the decision to do a solo birthday brunch! Let me tell you, the service the moment I stepped into the restaurant was top-tier! They spoiled me the whole 2, almost 3 hours I was there. Shots cake, and to make this so much better, I believe he was a manager, he got me a candle to add to my second dessert! The food was amazing. My server, Kennon, The lady manager and I believe the guy manager was the hostess every last one of them made my day and felt better that I chose to spend my day with them! (Sorry I do not know names ) I will see you guys soon.

A nice evening out with friends. We started with happy hour and progressed to dinner. The happy hour menu had some good options for both food and drink. We did the priced-fixed menu for dinner. Again, some good options and we saved a few dollars overall. The fried octopus was the tastiest item. The Caesar salad was just not up to the level of the other dishes we had.. It looked interesting but it was not tasty. The atmosphere was good except for one table that was very loud. This was not the fault of the staff. The wait staff served us well, being very attentive. A good experience with good food…..but in my opinion, the meal was not a 5.

Super solid restaurant! I really enjoyed the food and the ambiance. The service was great and the food was amazing as well. The pasta was spot on. Only thing is the portions were kind of small but enough. The drinks were yummy and had a lot of flavor to them and some were quite unique. I definitely will be back for sure! Check this place out for a good Italian meal.

The plate is usually not too busy when I go. The food is amazing. The atmosphere is calm and not too loud. The black truffle gnocchi is really good if you like the taste of black truffle. The pasta is always amazing. The service is always quick and very polite.

What can I say about Plate besides Amazing! The food was delicious and beautiful. The service was superb. They even switched out utensils after the first course. And the Gelato with expresso pored over it made me tear up lol. Prepare to spend some money on this one but the experience is worth it.

The experience wasn’t the worst but also wasn’t the best. We took a shot at this place going off of the reviews and images. Needless to say the reviews weren’t as accurate. The server did an amazing job and was very attentive. The service was great, no complaints there.
The salad first off, wasn’t a salad. It was an entire Romain lettuce heart with dressing drizzled on top. Eating it was a chore without looking like an absolute barbarian.
The bread was okay. It was nice and warm & soft. But a bit dry. The butter accompanied with it helped, but was overbearing.
The pasta was tasteless as well. I can best describe it as overpriced bland hospital food. The ambience was cool. But I guess just not my type of place. If you’re looking for flavor, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a nice environment to eat your tasteless food. This is it. This is far from being anything relative to Italian.
The presentation of the food is pretty but it lacks greatly in flavor.

It’s fine. The food tastes fine, the cocktails are fine, the desert was decent considering our expectations at that point.
Start by saying setting up a reservation was a little silly. I called for a table for two at 6, they said “Great! Someone will call you back to confirm that.” Thirty minutes later I got a call that got pretty much the same information that the first guy got, plus my email. Unnecessarily tedious.
The atmosphere is dark and has got “elegant club” vibes. Feels spacious which is nice, very easy to ease drop on your neighbors, which is unromantic.
Our waiter was good, though it felt a bit like a facade. He recommended the truffle gnocchi, which was probably the best thing on the menu. I also got a traditional bruschetta, which tasted like marinara on fancy bread.
We tried 4 cocktails all together, very drinkable, but they all tasted a bit watered down and on the sweeter side- so not very complex or rich.
Overall we spent $$$ on a date night for something that I wouldn’t want to try again.
