No frills spot that nails the classic. I ordered the papas combo and it was so satisfying. Friendly service too. Small but not noisy.

I was walking the area and decided to stop in, I always drive by but never went in. I had the Crab Benedict it was packed with so much flavor!! Loved the dish entirely. The home fries were cooked good and crispy. The price you pay is worth the portions. Customer service is very good here also! Lovely, kind and friendly waitresses.

What can I say? A classic American, causal dining option that is not a chain restaurant. It is a small, local, neighborhood favorite. The staff is welcoming and accommodating, friendly, and efficient. I have nothing negative to say at all, we had a an absolutely positive experience. The food was good. Service was good. Portions were fair, prices reasonable.
Dining room is rather small, tight. While it was quiet when we were there (we were only one of three tables), I am see potential that it could be loud when the dining room is full.

Sibri’s is a diner-like restaurant located on E Broad St. in Bethlehem. They are open every day from 6AM – 10PM.
This has been my go-to spot ever since I moved to the area. The food and service are always great, and their prices are very reasonable.
As far as the menu goes, everything is good. My favorite items to order would be any of the wraps or the Sibri’s avocado salad.
Sibri’s has indoor and outdoor seating. Pickup and delivery are both available.

Have been here 3 times once last summer and ate outside for lunch and was a little disappointed came back again for breakfast a week ago sat inside and everything was spot on. If prices were just a little better would have been 5 stars. Came back for early diner a few days later and same thing good food, just a little pricy. For breakfast you do get a good portion. But for lunch / diner portions could have been a little more generous.

1st time coming here and I trilled with my experience. I had the Sibri omelet and it was the best omelet I’ve had in a while! So much flavor. And the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Highly recommend this place!

We got the special combo breakfast and the breakfast burrito. Combo is pictured, eggs were thin,barely scrambled. The potatoes were ice cold, almost powdery when I touched them, never browned. The breakfast burrito just tasted like mush in my mouth. I just didn’t like it and was suprised at the small size. I ate a 1/4. The waitress was nice but oblivious to all the food left on our plates. My bf paid and I was at the table. I ended up telling the waitress. Showing her the potatoes. She gave me a refill of my soda in a to go cup. And off we went. $35 including tip.

Sibri restaurant /diner we have started ordering from here. This is few of pics we took the best breakfast ever everything omelet, onion rings, chicken quesadilla , corned beef hash, spinach omelet made to perfection. This is our new go to place girls who take my order is quick and order always perfect. We ordered dinner plates chicken Florentino, dbl grilled cheese burger wow so good

Did this place recently come under new ownership? My wife and I ordered from there twice during the pandemic and everything was fantastic.
Today(4/24/2021) we ordered 2 Italian hoagies and an order of pierogies. The hoagies as advertised are salami, ham, provolone, lettuce,onion and oil and vinegar. We RECEIVED 2 stale rolls with no oil and vinegar, 3 pcs of salami(each), lettuce and some tomato. For that we were charged 14.99 each. The pierogies we’re clearly freezer burned Mrs. T’s and and we were charged 10.99 for 5 of the inedible discs.
Bear in mind the prices were through GrubHub so they are probably inflated above menu price but $41 for something worth $20(at best) is ridiculous and no way limited to any GrubHub markups.
The price really is irrelevant, it’s the abysmal quality. So disappointed, I hope they can turn it around. (Pictures attached of what they boxed up).
