Today, my family and I visited the Panda Express location on Limonite Ave in Mira Loma and ordered four “build your own” plates. While I understand businesses may be adjusting portion sizes due to rising costs, the amount of chow mein initially served by one employee was “ridiculous”—barely half a full portion. When I politely asked for a standard serving for the price paid, another employee, identified as “Mr. Gracey,” began speaking a non-English language to a coworker while bickering about my request, making me feel like I was being mocked for asking for a full plate. As a mature adult, I chose not to escalate the situation further. However, I want future customers to be aware: portions at this specific location tend to be very small unless you explicitly speak up. The unprofessional behavior from the staff regarding a simple request for a full serving was disappointing.

There are two different experiences between Take Out and Delivery. Take Out is fine, but if you decide to do Delivery you may end up missing an entrée. In my case, Beijing beef.

What can you say it’s fast food Chinese. The food is ok if you are craving American-style Chinese fast food. The selection is good. One thing people don’t realize when you 1st come is that if an item looks like has been sold out, they will prepare a new batch. But you would have to wait for them to prepare it. This can be a bit annoying since they prepare items in small batches. There is a huge crew always cooking. This may seem great but in actuality, it isn’t because of the wait time. I had the combination plate with a mix of different items. My daughter had the same with different items. we both gave it a 5/10. The atmosphere was very clean. The employees are friendly and nice. One majorly HUGE UPSET was a simple one. They had no chopsticks in the restaurant. It’s unbelievable that a Chinese restaurant didn’t have chopsticks. I guess it’s because they are a true American-style Chinese restaurant.

When you come here you have 90% chance of your food being under cooked. My chicken was super uncooked and rice was really hard.

As far as this food chain goes it’s just as expected, food is decent and servings are as stated on menu. Food is fresh my only complaint is many of their drinks are not available after 730 pm in my experience with this store they make fresh everyday but they run out early

I get that it’s a busy night because we waited in the drive thru for 10+ mins. What surprised me was to get to the window and the employee open the window, hand the bag over, and close the window without saying a single word. Big difference from how you’re greeted inside.

I have bought the same ones at other Panda express stores, but other stores would give me filled boxes. But this store always gives out less Entree and the boxes are never full? What I want is a family meal!!!not big plate!!!

Worse Panda experience ever. The price is 20% more than Golden Chopsticks and food portion is 50% less than GC! Worse is their Teriyaki Chicken (see photo) just like a boiled chicken tasteless. The portion of the Mei was horribly little. Orange Chicken should be their signature dish but the flour wrapping was simply too heavy. Totally a disaster with Panda.
