A good find, family owned spot. Had finished an appointment nearby. It was 2:30PM and with stomachs grumbling we hit Google maps to find a good option for lunch.
To begin with, the place is spotless; parking lot, exterior, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. There are sufficient choices on the menu to suit about anyone. Me? Anytime I see +homemade meatball sandwich+ on a menu, there are no other options! My wife ordered a mushroom-onion burger and made in-house onion rings. The burger was was quite good and onion rings spot-on. On a scale of 1-10, I’ll give the onion rings a 9 and meatball sandwich a 7.8 – I know my meatball sandwiches! It was tasty, and the sub roll crust was nice and toasty.
The proprietors are a young, personable couple and clearly take pride in their restaurant and offerings. Why anyone would go to a fast food chain place when there are locally-owned, solid choices to patronize like East Side Grill, amazes me.

We came to town on business and found ourselves hungry and no idea where to go. The great reviews led us to East Side Grill and we were so happy we did. The food was fresh and tasty. Ample in size and made just right. The staff not only is friendly, they made us feel like they were genuinely happy to serve us. They will be our first stop next time we are in town.

The service was just as impressive, friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. You can really tell they care about their guests. Highly recommend stopping in if you are anywhere near Manchester. Worth every mile of the trip.

I was so impressed with the food and service! I was looking for a place to eat near where I was going with my grandson. The ratings were very good so we thought we would give it a try. I am so glad we did! Everyone’s food was delicious, serving size was large, good price and the people working there were so friendly. East Side Grill is such a hidden gem. It’s a small local spot, a bit off the beaten path, but it seems like all the best spots are! The owners/ employees are super friendly and incredibly welcoming, and the food is always on point- every time.
I’m a huge fan of steak tip subs, and honestly, not only do they make the best in Manchester, they make the best one I’ve ever had. It’s been tough to find a great one until now. Plus, their prices are awesome. Seriously, check them out, you won’t regret it!

So glad we found this place! Food was amazing! Best clams I have ever had!!! Not one morsel of grit! My husband is Greek and loved his souvlaki plate. My son had a chicken finger sub and loved it also.FYI Clams were Market price but non seafood was between $10-$15.
