Food is great! No complaints about the service! My wife and I did come in at like 10:00 at night though so not much I can comment on the atmosphere. My only legitimate complaint/feedback is that we ordered the buffalo chicken nachos appetizer and the tortilla chips are very flimsy and weak lol. They keep breaking off in the dip. Keep having to fish them out with my fingers. But it’s very tasty and good

I have tried multiple times to give this place a chance, but it consistently blows it. It is a sad statement when Taco Bell has a far better order accuracy track record than this place does. Additionally, prices have gone up, but food quality and quantity have gone way down. In the last order, we received a boneless chicken wing that was barely larger than my thumbnail. The cost per meal is higher than many higher-end dining options; however, the quality of the food is closer to fast food. Speaking of fast, that is not an option here. Expect long delays for your food to arrive (and when it does, it is often barely warm).

I can’t believe that after 15 years of making a simple request in how my wings are served a manager walks out and loudly confronts me at the bar, essentially calling me a liar and refusing my request. “We can’t do all flats on Tuesday’s, even if you’re willing to pay extra”, and if that weren’t enough, saying “I’ve worked here for 10 years and I’ve never seen you before”. That’s the kind of nonsense that an Arby’s owned restaurant probably dies by. They are headed the direction of Hooters if they can’t treat people consistently and fairly.

Doesn’t matter whether you eat in or take out, it will be the slowest service ever. Takes 45+ minutes to get your food if you dine in and take out takes double the quoted time. Never going back.

I ordered on doordash, and the result was remarkably unimpressive with failures at multiple stages. On the burger with “bacon” in the name, they managed to forget bacon. The burger patties were dry and the bun was burnt. On top of that, they also forgot to include the entire side of tots. I’m not sure how that is possible. The bag was not sealed or tied up, and the spot on the ticket for a signature to confirm the order was checked was conveniently blank.
UPDATE: After calling and informing them of their mistakes, I was told I would receive a call the following day. I have yet to receive that call.

It was loud. The wings were tiny, & super dry. Our server was good, but I did see 1 waitress carrying a tray (for another table) on her sholder & her hair was in there food YUCK!

We had a great time at Buffalo Wild Wings. The food hit the spot. After getting off from work I was starved and did not know what to eat. My husband suggested this place and it was right on time. We went before it got real busy. So we waited a very short time to be seated. We got our menus and looked through to see what we wanted and ordered. Our food came out and everything was amazing. Our waiter Emma was amazing to. She check on us several different times while we were there to make sure that we were ok and if we needed anything then she would go and get it. Emma was knowledgeable about the menu and what was served. She was also very nice and friendly.

I’ve been to this location several times, the service is always terribly slow. we ordered wings for pick up hours in advance, When it came time to pick up the food, it took them an extra 45 minutes to finish making it, and they made the entire order boneless instead of bone in. If I could give 0 stars I would TERRIBLE location
