Always hot and fresh food. Fries are splitable for sure. Seems like this location has done some work and cleaned the dining area and got new tables. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. They could post their hours on the door, that would be helpful. Otherwise good place for that time when your thinking i want something different but can’t think of a thing

This establishment is never open to the time they say. Got here at 9:35 and they close at 11 and they are already closed. Even if they closed at 10, that is wayyy too early to be closed. Saw people walking around on the inside so must have closed shortly before we got there. Great food if we can catch them when they are open. Very disappointing. This happens all the time and it’s very frustrating. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Ordered a large cheese steak and there was barely any cheese on it and not much meat. Pretty poor excuse for a sandwich. Used to be very good.

I got two Philly cheesesteaks there was barely any meat on the bun what was there you couldn’t taste because there was so much pepper. The fries looked like the bottom of the barrel 90% were less than 1/2 inch long

Best subs in town by far however I tried ordering a full sub loaf just the bread and was denied… guess they don’t want to make that extra money so I went to Jimmy John’s instead and they sold me a full loaf without hesitation. Wish Penn Station sold their bread as it’s top notch quality sub bread!

Ordered a teriyaki chicken that tasted like a soy sauce chicken. After only a few minutes my toasted sandwich was soggy and useless. Crew seemed to joke around more than work. Probably the reason behind the lack in food quality

Friendly service, but I ordered 2 subs, both of which had toppings I asked them not to put on. First time here, won’t be going back.
