This place is amazing! They have the best food in Roseburg by far! Everytime we come here we get great service and even better food. This place deserves a 5 star, anyone that rates it any lower is probably a Karen or someone that is unpleasable. If you havent tried it yet.. do it!

This is a super nice restaurant! Truly every employee was extremely nice and very on point with drinks, dishes, and any other service! The drinks were to die for and so was the dessert. I mean there was not a bad note in this dining experience. 10/10 will definitely be coming here again!

I cannot put into word how delicious our meal was. Everything from the portobello mushroom starter, to the dessert was absolute perfection! We could not stop saying “Mmmmm” “Yummm” and all the other sounds you make while consuming above top notch food! I will also say that the service was impeccable, our server Karly was solidly on her A game and a total sweetheart! If you haven’t been to True yet, what are you waiting for?! We will definitely be back!

Gluten Free on menu. Hostess totally spaced out and slow. Server nice but not interested in customers. Shrimp and grits were SO salty….ate the 3 pieces of Shrimp but couldn’t eat the rest. I felt like my ankles were swelling as I ate it. So didn’t eat it. Atmosphere was nice. Won’t go back

I’ve been here about once a month and it’s always an amazing place for dinner. The food is outstanding, and while on the higher end for price for Roseburg, the quality is exceptional! The wine list has many of our local favorites at reasonable prices. Overall, great food, great service, and a really great restaurant environment. I would highly recommend!!

The food is consistently good, and the service is always well balanced. I usually get the Seared Blackened Ahi, The Mac and Cheese (add chicken breast and ask for a side of the bacon jam to go with it), the Shortrib, or Just a good burger. I’ve never had an issue with quality.
If you can cook well, they offer the same quality of meal that you would cook up for a date night. Not to put too many places down, but in Roseburg, that is rare.
The drinks they make are always good! I enjoyed the Ginger Mule and my date got the Paper Airplane.
My only complaint about the place is that it is too loud to hear who is at your table when it is busy. They could look into some sound dampening to hang from the ceiling (they make flat, decorative ones that you don’t really notice).
I’ve been going for years and always enjoy it.

Okay **THIS** is the place. 10 star service and food. I came here once for an anniversary dinner and again tonight for a birthday dinner. They are exquisite.
For appetizers, I recommend the short rib empanadas and the Gouda Mac and cheese. The Gouda Mac and cheese is topped with a bacon jam that is to die for. I’m not exaggerating.
For dinner, honestly anything is great. This place is only open for dinner hours. I ordered the halibut, and others ordered the scallops and burger. Our child had the Mac and cheese and fruit bowl. We loved everything. Cooked to perfection with so much flavor.
For dessert, we had the espresso creme brûlée and chocolate cake. Don’t judge okay, it was a birthday dinner.
For drinks, we ordered the cilantro pepper margarita and TRUE which were super tasty and refreshing.
This is our special occasion spot and I must say, the service is spot on. You won’t be disappointed with a meal here.

Great food and great atmosphere. My wife and i decided to try this gem out and we were not disappointed the short rib empenada was to die for and our main which we decided to split rib eye steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. We cleaned the plate all the sides perfectly matched. It was so good came back the next weekend had the crab cakes and shortrib empenadas again along with the special salmon…salmon was moist and all it should be…as an added treat if you do not have a reservation just park yourself at the bar where Cameron and Alexa took care of us. Great hospitality from the 2 of them and Cameron really puts on a show he is truly a wizard mixologist. The wife loved the Grilled pineapple margharita and i am making my way through all things bourbon and rye…keep up the good work guys we will be back!

Great food and service. The atmosphere is what you’d expect for the quality of food and prices. Salad, scallops, stuffed chicken, cake and Crème brûlée were all fantastic. I wish there were normal straws and not paper. Overall a great experience.
