I read a lot of negative reviews about this Starbucks, but I still decided to stop by and try it myself. Honestly, I don’t understand why people are being so toxic in the reviews. The place is very clean, the atmosphere is nice, and the service was excellent. Since it’s conveniently located on my way to work, I’ll definitely be stopping here regularly. Highly recommend giving it a try! ☕️

I wouldn’t usually write a review like this but I come to this Starbucks regularly because it is closest to my work and it has to be one of the consistently worst Starbucks I’ve been to all around. They are always backed up, which makes the poorly built drive thru even worse because people block the driveway and traffic. Last time I ordered on the app and my drink took a while to start and I waited an additional 20 min for my wrap. I wouldn’t mind so much if they made the drinks well, but they are consistently off as well. Why does my iced espresso with a splash of milk look like a milkshake?

I cannot believe – This store used be one of my favorite places to go and get my latter … I had an amazing management previously. Nevertheless, it has become on decline recently. Today, I order a latter, and apparently one of the managers served me. I always leave a tip because I frankly respect the type of work that you guys do there, but today, it was clear – She might not have liked me for being Black and or uniquely different – She prepared my coffee and filled it with foam 9
half- a cup, besides the significant time, which I was there waiting on it because certainly there are more important people that she cares for. If I ever come back to this store again- tips, never again… Ignorante people should not be serving the public.. You’re certainly hurting the business. I will do my best so that I do not show in your store when you there, and if I come and see you there again, I completely stop showing up where I am not welcome, ever again… Ironically, with your behavior – How could the low rank employees to have any respect for the customers – when you as manager does not have a bit, serving people according to whoever you may have an affection or not. This is not the job for you, ma’am, period. Your business depend upon the customers – the public!

This Starbucks used to be our favorite. Today we ordered 2 iced shaken espressos, our usual, and they were horrible. Gave us really bad stomach aches. Lately this location is lacking in every aspect. :/ It’s truly a shame because it used to be great. So disappointed!

This place is usually really good! But today I had an awful interaction with the lady on headset, and she communicated that there were no syrups then changed her mind and when i asked to clarify if they had oat milk she just stopped answering me. And with whatever drink I would add, or question I had, again she would stay quiet. I pulled up to the window, she gave me a look as if I kicked her puppy, then acted like it was the biggest favor in the world for her to do her job. I go there almost every day but I’ve never had an interaction like that. She might have been having a bad day, but to treat someone like that is still insane. I told her that I’d go somewhere else when I got the window and she just rolled her eyes. The car behind me was also getting treated terribly so I knew it wasn’t just me. I ordered 3 drinks btw.

I waited for the store to open for the Barista bear release me and 4 other customer just so when we walk in for the clerk to say whatever is on the shelf we can buy there was not even on bear on the shelf. I called the store on 11/5 and was told they had a few in stock . If you see customers waiting let them know you have no beard and they could go someplace else instead they had us waiting for disappointment.

The worst location I have been to in a while. They do not know how to make coffee drinks, even if ordered again completely normal after the first drink came terrible how I typically like it. The breakfast sandwich’s bread was rock solid. Complete garbage. Starbucks charges too much for this terrible service.

Great Starbucks, I always have a good experience here. I come occasionally to work here and enjoy a coffee. I recommend coming here. They have plenty of space, nice atmosphere & high ceilings. This is MUCHHH better than the Starbucks on 135th & Biscayne (the north Miami Beach location). I’ll never go to the NMB location again personally.

DEE you should get trained to provide customer service, and when a customer returns their drink don’t take it that personal and start talking about them when you have them right in front of you. not my fault you’re all over the place making drinks.
