I went in to order a meal with my gift card. The subway employee took my order but, forgot almost every ingredient after I said it so I had to repeat myself several times. When we got down to the payment, she THEN told me she couldn’t take my Subway Gift Card. She text her supervisor who told her not to take the order so, I also talked with the supervisor, who is also the owner, and explained that now there is a fully made sandwich (wasted ingredients) and I have also wasted my time trying to get dinner before I had to be somewhere. She didn’t offer to comp it like most places due to time lost, she just kept apologizing. If your systems don’t work, TELL CUSTOMERS THAT BEFORE THEY ORDER!!! I will be making a complaint to corporate on a terribly run location!

While ordering I came across the very nice young man who made my sub which tasted very delicious. He gave me the best customer service i’ve seen in a while. I thought people didn’t care about customers anymore but he proved me wrong. I will for sure be coming back and hopefully be met with this type of customer service again.

The day employee Tyler is just a unsanitary person on multiple occasions my friend has seen him leave the restroom stall and not wash his hands and I have personally seen him pick his teeth and handle the meat off the slicer with his bare hands completely unwashed…. I will never eat here while he is employed there because I never know what meat or product he’s touched. This man even looks unhygienic why would any food service hire him looking this way. He even smokes every 5 minutes closing the store down and yeah you guessed it doesn’t wash his hands after so keep all that in mind when you want subway inside Eagan Walmart

The employee has a sign saying back at 425pm. It is 456pm and the employee came out and said, give me 10 more minutes i am on my break. Yeah i would not tip at this location.
