I am still sitting here eating as I am typing this, but they deliver every time. I’ve been here 5-6 times so far and they have never once disappointed me. The lemon blueberry pancake is to die for it is literally perfect, and the omelette are huge so bring your appetite!!

Our server, Stephanie, was wonderful. We had no issues with her and found her to be the only redeeming aspect of lunch. Unfortunately, we came for lunch and not Stephanie. After agreeing to a 40 minute wait and waiting that time, we were unexpectedly removed from the list despite being told we would receive a text when our table was ready. We received no text (screenshot in photos). Once seated, we then proceeded to wait 45 minutes for my son’s scrambled eggs, my ceasar wrap (which had no dressing and was merely dry chicken, lettuce, and croutons in a tortilla), and philly quesadilla (ehich appeared with no grill marks, dripping in oil). The 45 minute wait for our food without any explanation only appeared longer as we melted in the hot sauna (patio). Thanks to Stephanie, we did have plenty of ice water to sweat out during the wait. The 18% automatic gratuity added to all checks advertised on the hostess stand should be interpreted as a warning sign that your experience is going to be miserable. If you choose to experience the disappointment that is Stacks, stick to pancakes and eggs. The table next to ours had a hashbrown skillet equally oily and soggy, but they enjoyed the pancakes.

Very nice ambiance. Food was definitely delicious! The steak, eggs and cheese roll was different and I enjoyed that. Service was very pleasant with a beautiful smile.

Our service was impeccable, I felt like we stepped back in time and were visiting an old school soda fountain or ice cream shop and the food was INCREDIBLE.

We were seated promptly. The hostess was very nice . The waitress came and took our order at 11:41. I went to the restroom and came back and our drinks were there when I got back . We were expecting a good experience based on how things started . We sat there for 10 minutes and we finally asked someone to take our order and she told us she would get our waitress . We still had to wait. Being busy doesn’t excuse poor customer service and the fact that they weren’t makes this experience even more frustrating. When she finally came I told her to just ring me up for what I ordered and she had the nerve to think that I was going to pay a gratuity on my mimosa and coke . No genuine apology just excuses . They were actually looking at me like I was the problem !! Businesses like this will not last long if they continue treating customers like this . We went to another breakfast spot and were treated like we mattered !

(I had to shorten this review several times). We’ve had brunch here once before and GREAT experience. The second was VERY disappointing. My husband’s over-medium eggs were overcooked with solid yolk (should be runny). He sent them back after two bites, keeping a piece of sausage for something to eat meanwhile. My meal came a few minutes after his. The gouda grits I so looked forward to were lukewarm with burnt looking spots and super thick like paste, perhaps the last of what they’d made for the day. The waitress agreed they didn’t look good, offering to substitute something else. We agreed on a pancake (never arrived btw) as I took one bite of the scrambled eggs then the ham, realizing both were lukewarm and sent those back too. We nibbled on the pancake that came with his meal, also barely warm and maybe ate two bites. The large biscuit with his meal was almost hard on the outside, pasty on the inside (not eaten). We strived to remain pleasant and patient, as server Alyssa was doing a good job. My husband’s next eggs were even worse with one side entirely singed/burnt. My eggs and ham returned shortly after with rubbery looking overdone eggs. I had one bite and stopped due to odd flavor. We learned conversationally they were having challenges with new cooks in the kitchen. We offered to pay for our coffees (cut our losses and leave), not intending to pay for food we couldn’t eat, and requested a manager. A young man arrived. We described our experience, offered to pay for the coffees, and asked the meals to be removed from our bill. We tried to empathize for less experienced kitchen staff. He replied hesitantly ‘the food was prepared correctly’ and was provided… their cost, etc., doubtful for adjusting the bill. We repeated we weren’t paying for food we hadn’t eaten that was NOT prepared correctly – TWICE. He said he ‘would have to speak with my general manager’ and disappeared. Several minutes later (est. 45 minutes invested), a young female manager Gabby arrived. We recapped our experience, offered to pay for the coffee and requested our bill be adjusted. She explained their skillets were unique(?) and ‘crispy’ edges of my husband’s eggs was normal. I asked if she ate her eggs over medium…silently thinking she didn’t understand what that meant. We shared the first manager’s response in arguing the food was prepared correctly, disappointed to encounter much the same with her, adding it wasn’t as if we’d eaten half or more of our meals, said it was terrible and wanted a refund. I added it was pretty hard to mess up scrambled eggs or pancakes… She appeared annoyed, glanced at the table and asked what we’d actually eaten and how much(?!). I’ve uploaded photos of the food on the table at this point. We confirmed about 1/4 of his mostly uneaten pancake, his piece of sausage and couple of bites of almost cold eggs, repeating we weren’t trying to scam free meals for good food, rather trying to let them know they have a problem. She said she would ‘see what she could do’ and walked away – no apology, no smile, and complete absence of service recovery. Only skepticism and what appeared inexperience. Several minutes later, the waitress brought our bill, almost apologetic we were being charged anything. It was $15.40 for one pancake ($3), one piece of sausage ($5) and two coffees (that weren’t ever refilled). She commented their automatic gratuity (?!) had been removed. We thanked her, paid cash and tipped based on what we estimated the original bill would have been. The only reason I rated as high as a 2 was for the server’s efforts. I would rate everything a zero otherwise if I could. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to get involved, seeing other similar reviews online. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!!!

First time at this Staks location for brunch. We thoroughly enjoyed the upbeat location at Silo Square. My wife really liked the outdoor atmosphere and it was cozy on a cold day. However, the sun did beat down on me thru the plastic window…suggestion would be to invest in some tinting or blinds. We didn’t have to wait very long to be seated and the waiter staff was kind/attentive. The food was fresh, warm, and delicious. My wife was stunned at the big portion sized breakfast quesadilla. I enjoyed the traditional breakfast with Gouda grits (need a little salt). Overall, it was a great outing experience.

Delicious pancakes are very different from any other breakfast place. They have changed the way we order . When I first went, we had to look at the menu and go up to order at the register. They have a waitress come to the table and get our order. Had a wonderful server name, Jason . Definitely be back soon. The pumpkin pancakes were great, and the ricotta pancakes was mouth watering Delicious
