After brunch in Lodi and some shopping we stopped in the Cold Stone Creamery ice cream shop. The ice cream is very creamy and you can add on toppings. Only complaint is that I wanted HOT fudge on my and received cold hot fudge. Not the same. Bathrooms were semi clean and NO tissue available! The young man that served us was professional and polite.

Went in there at 10:03 PM Friday night, apparently they close @ 10:00 PM & the lady that was in there was very rude. Totally understand if they are closed but the way she went about things was no professional at all.

This is the second time this cold stone location messes up a cake for our parties. Last time they didn’t put any writing on the cake at all. This time they found the youngest toddler they knew to do the writing. This cake is for a 60 year old woman, how am I supposed to show up with this? And the worst part is the employees refuse to fix it. Imagine, no one who works there is able to fix the writing. So what’s left for me to do but go buy icing and fix it myself, for the pretty penny they charge for their cakes it is ridiculous, frustrating, and a waste of time to buy their cakes.

young lady working at around 6:30 had the worst attitude, felt incredibly judged. kept giving me weird, incredulous looks and talking and giggling to her coworker while serving me as if i couldnt hear her. didnt even want to eat after i was served. please dont work in fast food if youre going to judge somebody for their order, i cant believe i had this experience.

Everything was great here! Staff were very friendly and patient. Ice cream was delicious For a Saturday it was busy as usual but staff were working hard to get through the line
