This was my first ever visit to a Zaxby’s. Everyone told me it would be great. The cashier was nice. We ordered at 5:29…we watched as people came and went…finally got our food at 6:19. It was busy and we expected to wait a little bit. It would have been ok…but then to top it off the food was cold and soggy. There was some unknown item in the cole slaw as pictured below. Needless to say this was the first and last time I will be going to Zaxby’s.

They recently started charging 25 cents for a cup of seasoning, which is ridiculous because they don’t put any seasoning on the fries in the first place! For 25 cents, I expect the cup to be filled up completely with seasoning, but nope. It has barely any seasoning in that cup that we now have to pay for!

Haven’t ever had an issue til now but horrible customer service well I should say whoever at the drive through window taking money and handing out the food has horrible customer service skills. Don’t know if ill go back to this location or how long it’ll take before I decide if I will. Probably better off driving a little further away to get better service

I noticed several food crumbs on the tables, they had not been whipped down. Dining in was me and my two kids, my fiancée and our friend. I would like a wings and things with tongue torch flavor, my kids did the slider boxes, my fiancée got the Zaxby’s signature sandwich, and to be honest, I’m not quite sure what my friend ordered. The food had a good presentation, it tasted good. There was a disappointment on this trip, it turned out to be the fountain drink machine , it had very little drink selections….everything was out. Oh and for all you fried mushroom fan they don’t sell them anymore

Quick stop for a consistent meal. Doesn’t matter where you are the food from Zaxby’s is always fresh and delicious. The staff at this location were friendly and the order came out quickly. Highly recommended this location to anyone.

This is the Zaxbys Sensation Asian Salad for $10.49. There was no Asian slaw, no crispy noodles and very little salad. Feel free to compare the picture of my just opened salad to the picture on the menu. This is my 2nd bad experience in 2 visits. Never again.

This establishment has really fallen. Seems like every order we get is inaccurate, cold, or just unappetizing…. Sometimes these orders have taken over 30 minutes for no reason. Ridiculous
