Very quick service from all of the workers, even though we showed up late. The food was very good, and nothing was wrong or off about the order! It’s been a few years since I’ve gotten Wendy’s, and the new frosty flavors are definitely a treat!

I waited an hour for a frosty and some fries and the fries were cold and the frosty was like water I’m never getting food from this Wendy’s again. The service was okay, I wish they never fired my friend over some stupidness she didn’t even do but it’s cool. NEVER COMING AGAIN.

Food was great. Drive through was ok. We were told there would be a wait because the dining room was full. I told her we could wait. We were waiting at the window for our food and you could hear her yelling at the drive through customers behind us. “Oh. My. God!! I said what would you like to drink with that?”
She shouldn’t be working the drive through. She should be in the back. Getting food from the freezer.
Wendy’s is one of my favorite places to eat and our first time eating at this location.

This place is about out of business. I ordered through UberEats a couple weeks ago, they ran out of food and could only fill the french fries of my order (for 4 people) after a hour 15 minute wait. Tonite I thought I’d drive thru for a frosty, no one inside or in line (thought it odd). Guy comes on the speaker “We’re only taking cash today”. Hope they find somebody that can run the place soon.

Then gave us cold greasy soggy fries.
Call and complain. Manager states everything was fine with our order.
Waited 15 min for food with o ly 2 cars in front of me. Last time with 2 cars in front I waited 20 min amd drove off. Run a 2ay from this cesspool excuse of a Wendy’s

Used to take my daughters here for lunch all the time, not sure if it’s new management that is bringing this place down from what it used to be. Have been multiple times this year, and has gotten worse with every visit. They gave my daughter half of a raw chicken sandwich, and forgot the other one’s meal entirely. Guess that was my fault for not checking the bag. Will not be back!

Front was very slow, took a half hour to make three soupy frosties. Management was complaining about people ordering at 8:00pm on a Friday to a door dasher with explicit language IN FRONT OF CHILDREN. In general, slow and very rude management to all workers. Lady also dropped a bag of food on the floor and still put it out.

WHAT IS THIS?! Well, it’s the baked potato my wife was just served. Are those thumb imprints?!She also had a Parmesan Cesar salad that was exclusively romaine hearts with chicken so dry that it turned to dust in her mouth. I know what you’re thinking. It’s Wendy’s. What’d you expect? I guess the lowest expectation would be something at least edible but I guess that was too much for this Wendy’s location. It’s like they said, “Here, YOU throw this away.” Get it together!

I work 3rd shift and tried to order through the drive through. The staff was very rude and has it posted NOWHERE that they SOLELY only handle orders from Grubhub, DoorDash and any other overpriced delivery service when I can just drive through and should be able to order on the spot. The Google availability time is this flawed; They are not open, the drive through does not take orders after 11.
I will be avoiding this location going forward.
