The owner is extremely friendly and has the best pizza in all the area. This small restaurant is the epitome of classic homemade Italian eating. Forever my favorite pizza shop

Super pleasant surprise. Walked in early and owner is eating his own product. That’s a good sign. Ordered several pizzas for a meeting and everyone raved about it. Owner is nice person and has guts located directly next to another pizza place

Today at 3:30 I ordered a pizza and 2 steak sandwiches to be delivered at 5PM. At 4:38 I got a message that my order had been picked up and out for delivery. At 5:15 I called Antonios since my order was not delivered. I was told by the owner thats not his problem since he does not provide delivery and I should just deal with it. The order was finally delivered at 5:32 and was not edible. I called “Slice” who processed the order and was told I needed to deal with the Antonio the owner. What a shame that a small business owner could provide such poor service and treat me the way he did. I am out $60 for this experience. Buyer beware…this can happen to you too.

In my opinion (it is my review after all), the best pizza in my area – hands down. Quality sauce, fantastic cheese, and a nice, crisp crust. I’ve spoken to the owner a few times while being there – very friendly and considerate of the customer’s experience.

Great to find New York style pizza in the area. The mushrooms are like none I’ve ever tasted at any other establishment-very good! I had a little issue with the banana peppers missing from one of my pizzas and they quickly added it and placed it back in the oven for a couple of minutes to warm up the banana peppers. The gentleman apologized and handed me a fresh loaf of bread for the inconvenience, which was not necessary, but was very tasty too!

This is definitely not what we expected. The reviews were good so we decided to try it for lunch. We were working up the street. When you first walk in, you go, “where’s the rest of the restaurant?” But clearly this is more of a take out only type joint. The girl at the front was not the most helpful or polite, but the old Italian guys in the back were awesome. We got the calzone, it was hot and crisp. Lacked ricotta, the traditional way of making it, but topings were good. We also got the hot beef. And it was definitely hot. Hot in temp and hot in spice. It’s not quite traditional Chicago, but it was a huge sandwich and super tasty. Finally we got a hot Italian sub. It looked great on the home made pizza bread, but the bread was hard and tough to bite and chew. Probably the most disappointing of the dishes.

Weird was that they didn’t have any drinks in their cooler except 3 bottles of water.

Also for a “bakery” you would think there would be some showcase of their goods. Unfortunately only baked item listed was a canoli and we didn’t try that.

The one old pizzeria style table worked for us, but if you have more than 3 people (that’s all the chairs there were) plan to eat elsewhere.

All in all, it was good. If I was local, I might order there again and bring it home, but I wouldn’t make a deliberate trip to the area just to eat here.

Advertised as New York style and DID NOT disappoint. Premium Ingredients making it the top Pizza shop in the area in my opinion. Mozzarella cheese is is tangy, pizza sauce perfectly balanced, meat full of flavor, the crust slightly crisp and soft inside. Pinwheels are like personal pizzas and I recommend either.

Best Italian beef sandwich I’ve ever had and if you like hot pepper relish it is very good on the sandwich, but the Italian beef is only available on certain days.
They also sell pizza by the slice and other items.
I’ve genuinely never had a bad item from this place, I have been multiple times and it hits the spot every time!

Gave this place two chances and sucked both times. First time we got wings and their was long hairs in the wings gross. We thought we give them another try and got wings again which we’re completely cold..I don’t know if they weren’t cooked or was sitting out forever. I also didn’t really care for the pizza either but atleast it was hot and no hair.

Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! Clean and neat as a pin. The staff was so incredibly friendly. We got a little bit of everything that was available as this was our first visit and being new to the neighborhood as we moved down here not too long ago. Antonio’s is a must visit. Hands down the best slice of pizza I have had since my grandmother was alive 22 years ago. The crust was light and fluffy and so flavorful. The sauce on the chicken Parm was so good and the chicken was so tender. The sauce was not bitter, not too sweet not too spicy. Just smooth perfect scratch made tomato sauce. The pasta was perfectly cooked too and that’s not an easy feat. The spinach roll was just as good. Fresh spinach and the fresh bread was heavenly. Light, airy and perfectly seasoned and baked. I have literally craved it daily since we were there. If I had my way I’d eat there every day. The chicken tortulini soup was like sipping heavenly broth and little stuffed pillows of goodness. I grew up in an Italian household and neighborhood. I have had a lot of Italian food from a lot of places and Antonio’s is hands down my favorite. It’s like being back in my Grandma kitchen again. Do not change a thing! RUN! Don’t walk to Antonio’s for a fabulous meal. I know I will be back this week and every week that I can for another treat. Oh! And don’t skip dessert. The tiramisu was the bees knees. Creamy and not overly sweet with the perfect ratio of coffee to creamy filling ❤️ I would have posted pictures but we were too busy enjoying to pick up our phones.
