The girls giving out orders were loud and rude. Went to them with my problem for them
Not giving us the correct portion size and they laughed and told me that’s all we’re getting. I then called store the manager wouldn’t do anything about it either didn’t even take a look at what I had got. Told me the general manager said that’s what we’re getting bc they had to many missing last month. Well as a manager my self that’s an inside problem and yall can not take from paying customers bc yall are eating the food and running up food cost. I will not be back again. I can’t say how many times I came in to fix my food and it wouldn’t get fixed. This time the fries were so hard we couldn’t eat them. I received 10 one inch fries that were so hard we couldn’t eat them. One had 15 one in fries. I’ll stay home and cook before going here again.

Use to be a great place to get food however now I wouldn’t waste your time are money. I ordered online and checked in when I got there waited 10 minutes before calling and asking if I needed to go in to pick up my order was told no we are sending someone out now waited another 10 minutes went inside no one was at the Togo Counter the girl threw my food in front of me and said there you go and went to walk away I saw my ice in my drink was already melted so I asked if I could get a different drink that wasn’t watered down she rolled her eyes and said I’ll have to charge you to another one I replied saying she could just refund my money and keep the food which she refused to do the soup wasn’t full the buger looked like it had just been thrown in the Togo box the wings looked dry and everything was cold 100% would not want to ever go back now

Alexis is one of the best servers there she made sure the food was cooked to perfection. She also came back every few minutes to make sure everyone at my table was satisfied. I definitely recommend her to anyone who comes and eats here.

I like the restaurant, I never had a problem with eating at chili’s until today I ordered a burger and some fries? And my husband did too. As I was eating my burger I lost my appetite!!!! my burger was raw I took two bites and it was raw. So I called the server so he could take a look? And he told me that I had to ask to have my burger well done? I thought it was the other way around? If you wanted it raw you tell them you wanted it that way? So then I traded burgers with my husband and his burger was well done. He took a couple of bites of my burger and the burger was even more raw!!! My appetite just left? I won’t be ordering that anymore!!!!

Girl was training and did fine when she only had 3 tables to take care of, but as soon as they started getting busy, she got frustrated. She forgot a meal, and several other things.

I am not feeling well so I have a sister that came sleep with me and help me . I get Chilis occasionally when husband is home . We enjoy the menu and normally it is good . I have pictures and I am not satisfied with the service or the quality of food . The burgers were not cooked on outside and burnt on the edges. We were told to be there between 6:15 and 6:20 pm . They would text us to go inside . My brother waited but I didn’t get a text.
I have picture of texts also . So I told him to get down and check . The burgers were sitting there ready to go out . When we got them they were not warm , burgers were not good and the bread tasted old .

Husband’s food was burnt, requested it to be replaced and came out still smelling and tasting burnt. Couldn’t enjoy a meal together on a very much needed date night. Definitely would not return. Waitress was absolutely awesome

UPDATE 2: We stopped here again before hitting the road back to N.O. Ribs were even better. Nice to see Jacob again. More great service. Even gave me an extra large cup of ice water to go.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: We’ve been driving out to Abbeville regularly and last time we visited, decided to stop at this Chili’s. Well, it was just GREAT.
We had a rather nice portion of baby back ribs (bigger than what we get in the city, that’s for sure) and the inside temperature and atmosphere was just right.
We’ll be back.
