A decent Burger King in the Northern Lower Peninsula of Michigan.
Stopped for a quick dinner while rolling down US 10. Very clean and quick service.
The staff were friendly enough. But the manager asked us why we were taking pictures and mentioned that they do not allow photography. Which is odd since it’s only a Burger King.
The food was decent. I don’t eat Burger King often at all but as far as fast food goes it was good.

A trucker driver here and today after 28 years on the road I have had the best Double Whopper with Cheese and Bacon. Time was 2;15 in afternoon. Fries were HOT fresh. Place was clean and bright.
Crushed ice was right on the spot in drink fountain. The people were nice ! I was indeed impressed. Thanks !

Poor customer service, my family and I understand that when things are busy, people need to be patient, which in fact that we were however pulling up to the drive-thru as we first charged our card, there wasn’t an issue. We pull up to the second window of this location and get scolded by an employee through the window for saying that our card was not paid for in full telling us that we had to go back around to make a full transaction, We were not aware of that. The card took a partial payment, however due to the employee’s miscommunication and very rude temperament towards my family, we asked for our money back kindly through the lobby and WILL NOT be returning to this location..

Very clean and modern looking Burger King. It is pretty huge, able to seat a bigger crowd. Newer building. Delivery of food on time. Tastes as good as you would expect any high calorie fast food. Yummy.

Pulled up to the drive thru speaker and the guy goes “Welcome to Burger King…You RULE!!” We laughed so hard we couldn’t even order. Great down-to-earth service by real human beings. Fast food is so much better when service comes with a smile. Nice job.

Marisa started taking my order last night, she must have been in a hurry to close 20 minutes early. Constantly interrupting me, we always get the same thing so it takes me about 1 minute to tell them our order. This time it took 8 minutes. After every sandwich she gets even more frustrated and keeps saying how much of a wait I will have, I keep telling her it’s fine. I tried to add a single fiery crispy and she goes WELL NOW ITS GOING TO BE AN 8 MINUTE WAIT. I say that’s fine. She says uh yeah for the crispy bacon! I said I didn’t order that….. I said a fiery crispy chicken sandwich. She says no! It’s a crispy bacon and Swiss! I said no I don’t want that. I want the crispy fiery chicken. She says ok, I get to the window, she takes my payment and she gives us the drinks. The employees are literally upset with each other and yelling at each other so loud I could hear them through the window. Guess what’s in my bag? A bacon and Swiss burger and no fiery crispy chicken. I went to go in and have it corrected but doors locked and I didn’t want to deal with Marisa again in the drive thru.

Not very careful about building your sandwich. I had 6 pickles on mine. The other sandwich was sloppy, and not very good. Will find another place to eat lunch on the road trip.
