First I must say that I absolutely LOVE Moe’s Southwest Grill. It’s one of my favorite chain restaurants of all time!
HOWEVER this particular branch in Memphis was not up to Moe’s standards. The food looked old like it had been sitting out for a while, the chips were stale, the salsa bar looked bare. And the olives had a really strange smell, kind of like burnt rubber. We actually debated whether to eat the food or not. We were traveling and didn’t want to be sick on the road. We ended up going for it and we didn’t get sick, so I guess it was ok.
Also the dining room and bathrooms seemed a bit sketchy. But not bad enough to send us away. If the food had been good I wouldn’t have even noticed the other.
If this was my first experience with Moe’s it would be my last. But since it’s not, I will just say this branch was not up to standards. I still highly recommend Moe’s just not this location.

Was eating my bowl and seen one line worker chatting with another worker while putting her hair into a pony tail right there on the line then goes right back to work, no handwashing or anything. When one worker walked by me I asked for the manager, she told me she was (this was the same worker who was chatting with the girl putting her hair up), this was a bit upsetting kinda felt like they didn’t care, and there was nothing wrong with her doing hair care on the line. I can’t Help but wonder what else goes on there.

This was my 1st time booking a catering order for a taco bar. Everyone and everything was fantastic and affordable! Placing an order was easy, and Ms Jennifer was very helpful. Van the delivery driver provided stellar customer service. Definitely will book again.

I ordered a Bowl with Chicken through Uber Eats. The food was horrible, not enough chicken, barely any rice or beans. The bell peppers were cut into large pieces and were very hard, not cooked at all. The bowl was soupy. I won’t be ordering from this location again. I do not recommend.

I came here for my birthday on Sunday, Nov. 9th around 1:45 pm and the ladies working that shift were SO nice to me. The food was amazing, tofu made fresh, and they put a big smile on my face!! Love this place

the only thing I would like to see more of would be the grills being used. I’m happy I was able to purchase food but I thought the grill would’ve been part of the sealing process for my burrito. unfortunately. the grill was not offered or used to seal my burrito. 🙁

Its always slow in there. People not working, dont want to work, bad management, everyone came in with mobile orders and they had to wait. Ordered over 20-30 mins ago, to come in to 2 staff members and no food. Its always like this. Not worth the time. Food not that good.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. Unfortunately, my order was not prepared as requested—it was missing several toppings. Additionally, I noticed a significant fly issue inside the restaurant, which made the dining environment very uncomfortable.
Had my order not already been prepaid, I likely would have reconsidered eating due to the number of flies present. Cleanliness is important to me when dining out, and this experience fell short of expectations.

This is the worst location I’ve been to. Nothing was stocked. No napkins, no forks, no lids for salsa. Half the tables were dirty, floor sticky. When I asked for a fork she told me to reach around the counter and grab one from the food area. Instead of stocking the area one employee was watching videos on her phone. And the other employee who was actually working didn’t change gloves after messing with non food items. I’ll take the time to go to the Cordova location from now on.

Every year the Moe’s on Walker hold their annual Cinco De Moe’s 5K…We were a part of the 5K group. This event was held early Saturday morning and it was loads of fun. Moe’s is the major host and it benefits all of the local YMCA. The race was a great the course, straight and easy and not to many hills. A DJ and plenty of Moe’s tacos and margarita flavored sports drinks along the route. The highlight of the after party was plenty of chips & salsa and burritos (veggie, chicken, and beef) beers and the burrito eating contest that was super fun. Plus finisher medals for all contestants!!!…. We will return next year to be a part of Cinco De Moe’s and participate in the 5K…
