Excellent customer service. I recently had an order improperly made (wrong layout of toppings) They apologized, corrected it on the spot, and offered to cover the cost of a future pizza order. Mistakes happen but this location obviously cares about making things right for the customer. The drive-through window is also a great feature of this location.

My online delivery order went through at 6:35pm. Less than 10 mins later I got a notification it was “COMPLETED”. Then at 7:43pm it was finally delivered. Pizza was luke warm. And the tots were soggy and the bacon was burnt. And no utensils to eat them with. This is the 3rd time in a row from different Dominoes in the last couple months that the quality has been ridiculous. And giving a free pizza bc of it doesn’t help smooth things over. Stop telling people their pizza has been delivered to make your times look better! And then showing up an hour late just so I can get an”free pizza” that I probably won’t order bc you can’t get things right. It’s horrible customer service. I will be making a call to corporate. Dominoes has taken a turn for the worst when it was actually my fav to order from in the past. Sadly I WILL NOT be ordering again. No matter what the location. Get it together! I guess PICK UP is the only way to go anymore. But that defeats the point of delivery. And when I pay a delivery fee plus tip the driver it shouldn’t be any less quality than if I picked it up. And the receipt shows no tip? Yet the charge showed 20%? Something wrong.

Picked up a pizza opening day at the drive thru window. Was ready on time an it was delish! Staff was friendly too! I definitely recommend.

Worst Domino’s experience ever. I ordered 2 of the loaded cheddar tots using the mobile app. What I received was 2 burned boxes of crisps. I called the store to tell them I would bring the 2 orders of tots back (obviously not eating burned crisps) and I just wanted a refund. Person said they don’t take food back and they were baked to Domino’s standards and they do not do refunds. 0/10 recommend

Placed our order which was two mediums pizzas, waited an hour and it said it was delivered, went and checked and nothing. Called the store and i believe i spoke with Brandi, she said there was 3 orders and one delivery driver which was Aisha so it was kind of backed up. asked if my name was one of the orders and she said yes, we proceeded to wait up until 2am and no delivery at all for a $50 order. highly disappointed and will be calling in the morning for a full refund.

The young man that helped me at the pick up window deserves a raise! I ordered at a different location thinking it was this one and the nice guy told me he would make my pizza and use his code to make my pizza the price of the online deal so I didn’t have to drive to the other location 30 min away from my house! Thank you for going out of your way to help me!

My partner called ahead to make sure there was a delivery driver before we placed an order and asked for an eta, and they said yes and 20 minutes. An hour later, he called and asked where the pizza was, and they said “oh yeah we don’t have a delivery driver,” which has happened before and why he called ahead to check. After he asked why they said they did before we ordered, she said that she had to lie to him and say that otherwise she would have gotten fired. If that’s true, that’s insane. There is no way that is benefiting their business because now this is the 3rd or 4th time we have canceled the order and gotten a refund, and they’ve wasted their product. Why not just say no, we don’t have a delivery driver, and then we wouldn’t have ordered ????
