So had an order last night after my daughter recital get the order an didnt notice the issue with box at first but when got home the bottom box which was not constructed well the pizza jus fell out managed to save some an luckily it was a pepperoni which was mine not my kids so was frustrated an on top of it when eating the crust seemed super under on all of the pizzas it was just a bad experience. You can see the edges where the small folds aren’t even done correct the slightest. Had to throw some an still didn’t feel comfortable eating this one.

Horrible service here! From the staff members to the food! The store managers and managers are garbage here ! I ordered 32$ worth of food last night and 7:06 pm last night to not get it till 9 pm! I went to pick it up and the manager began being rude cause he couldn’t find my order with the info I provided so I showed proof and he still couldn’t find it ! From there my fiance spoke up to the worker that was being rude and the manager began saying more things back to were the situation escalated, he said he was gonna call the cops so my fiance wait in the car . (I’m on FaceTime as this is happening) so I get there in five mins and go into the store to get my food(I did start recording ) once I got I I asked for a manger so I can get my food with the receipts I have on my phone from when I ordered it online . Another associate ended up helping since the manager escalated the situation so when the other associate came to help he found the food with the name I originally provided!!!!!! Mind you it’s already gonna be 9 pm for a 7 pm order !!!!!! . From there the manager comes forward again talking crap and I’m like I can’t believe this ! What kinda customer service is this ! Can I get a refund ! I was told no by the associate ! I’m like why ? And there reason was cause there system wouldn’t let them ! Forced to keep the food soooo I call in the morning and speak to the store manger ! That did not want to listen to what I had to say she just began being defensive and telling me what was going on with everyone else instead of listening to my problem and coming up with a simple solution!!!!!! I asked for a refund and she said no , and shouted HI and byeeeeee to me and hung up !!!!!! I am so minded blown at the response from a store manager! At that point I’m raged so I call back and no one answers till the third call back !!!!! So I offered to take the food to her since I did not touch the cold food they gave me!!!!!!! So said she can refund but she will call the cops cause I’m raged and shouting at her now !!!!!!!!!! Learn better customer service here! The management here needs more coaching on how to do there job so there not continuously failing there associates! I will never be returning here with these horrible staff members ! From the manger Andrew ! To your store manager !!!!! Do better !!!!!!! ( I have this all on video ! Even your manger in video being violent ! If you need the video I will gladly send it over )

Pizza Hut never disappoints! The pizza was hot, fresh, and full of flavor, with just the right amount of cheese and toppings. The staff was friendly and made ordering quick and easy, and my food was ready on time. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great place to eat in or grab takeout. I always enjoy coming here and would definitely recommend Pizza Hut to anyone craving a satisfying pizza meal.

Whenever I order from places, I choose pick up on purpose, so I can spend my own gas and not have to feel bad about tipping a bunch of money. I don’t feel it’s right to ask for tips for pick up orders, but I still gave three dollars anyways.. what I don’t like is bad customer service. When I went to pick up my food today, the person who prepared and handed me my food sarcastically said “ hey thanks for the tip man” . That’s a big no-no. You should not make someone feel bad about the tip that they leave. That being said, the food was good. I do not agree with the service and the cheeky attitude that I got from the big guy working here. Maybe have more respect for customers. If you don’t like the tip that they leave you, file a complaint with corporate and have them pay you better. Or choose a different career.

Pizza Hut is my go to place. I always order a large pizza with onions because the toppings are pretty expensive so I can only order onion. That’s OK pizza still good.

Great experience at Pizza Hut! The customer service was excellent staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. Food came out fresh and hot. Definitely appreciate great service like this. Will be back!

VERY disappointed. Pizza Hut as a brand usually comes through with some pretty decent food, but this was just a joke and a huge waste of money. $50 for two large pizzas and 8 Boneless wings that were garbage. One pizza was intact and tasted meh. The other pizza was only just cooked (borderline raw). One piece was missing the middle portion as if someone had taken a bite, and another was crumpled up. The wings weren’t even tossed in the sauce. The sauce was put at the bottom of the container and the wings thrown on top. Wings tasted like frozen wings cooked and left on the counter to become soggy. I also saw employees come inside from taking a break outside and handle food without washing their hands.

I went to pick up an order and the shorter girl with a permanent scowl and piercings at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful. She ignored a store full of people. Multiple peoples food was ready in the hot case but she refused to get it and just let it sit there. I asked politely multiple times for my food and she just rolled her eyes and continued to ignore me. I waited for atleast a 20 minutes before I just decided to just leave. Easily the worst experience I’ve had at a Pizza Hut.

Staff is professional and courteous. Time for pick up is always accurate.
UPDATE: Ordered a hand tossed pepperoni and mushroom, online and am VERY PLEASED with the taste, quality and promptness of pick up.
Overcooked thin and crispy, mushrooms and pepperoni pizza. Still tasted good but would rather it be perfect – maybe it was an off day for the staff. We’ll give it another try in the future. There are few choices in the area I would even consider.
