I attended an event organized by my wife’s firm, which allowed me to explore this amazing rooftop venue with a stunning view of Fort Lauderdale.
Since I was there for an event sponsored by my wife’s firm, it wasn’t a dinner event but rather a gathering where hors d’oeuvres were served. I can’t really judge their dishes; however, the Mai Tai, the only drink I ordered, was spot on. In fact, it was one of the best Mai Tais I’ve had. There was no need to order a second—I had enough to get my engine running, loosen up, and start socializing.
The place was lively, with good music, beautiful people, and the servers kept the hors d’oeuvres coming—like Brussels sprouts dipped in a sweet sauce, and chicken on a stick. Everything was tasty and flavorful, except for the chicken.
Needless to say, I had an awesome time—an enjoyable moment surrounded by beautiful people, good music, and an amazing view and location.
I can’t wait to visit again with my wife so I can better enjoy their dishes and drinks.
I would recommend this place for a good night out.
Service was exceptional from hosts to server. Top notch.
Food was delicious loved the take on the tuna tartar 2nd best we have ever had next to the Ritz.

Sparrow’s grand reopening was definitely a vibe! The views, the drinks, the bites, everything was on point. The music was pumping and the lighting set the mood. I can’t wait to visit again!
Are you coming with me?

The views from a roof-top dining experience will only enhance great food and service – the atmosphere is comfortably elegant-
The entrance is thru a hotel lobby and we were escorted to the elevator and to the 25th floor
I was happily surprised with the dessert presentations and a gluten-free chocolate option was quite good
An all star experience for me

Let’s be clear: service was excellent and the drinks were craft style and delicious!
Food was not small–it was tiny portions. Kid size. Calling this ‘tapas-style’ is disingenuous at best. Foenthe prices, it’s a money grab for lackluster quality. No option to increase tacos from 3 to 4 (to accommodate the group) which is silly.
The ambiance from a distance and when u first get there is fun and exciting…until it starts to fade and by the end of the night, the ambiance feels almost juvenile or cheaply done. Just lacks a sense of sophistication IMHO.
The views are nice, but not remarkable. We kept comparing Sparrow to Nube rooftop and found ourselves wishing we had gone to Nube–especially for the cost of the night.
No hate, no disrespect. Place is a solid C+/B-.
Would I go back? Probably not.
