Would enjoy this burger King if the one cook didn’t complain every time I came in to order my breakfast. We love ham and order multiple sandwiches with ham involved. He goes on for 30 minutes about the fact that he has to put Ham on our sandwiches. It’s honestly the only reason why I don’t like this location

The employees here are so sweet especially the day time worker with blond hair. Our food was made incorrectly by mistake and immediately was corrected with no issues and an apology was given. 10/10 customer service, the only burgers I ever go to

The dresser attendant was so rude and had no idea how to be a hospitality industry worker. I was very pleasant, when I placed my order for two cheeseburgers with extra ketchup mustard and pickle, she squawked back at me through the speaker ( well that’s how it come ), I said okay, I like a Whopper with cheese no onions with mayonnaise and ketchup, and through the speaker she squawked back (it already come with mayonnaise) , I chuckled, and didn’t think nothing of it. Until I got to the window. She handed me my food, and no salutation, and I was wanting to ask for a child size cup of ice water, she let me sit at the window for about 80 seconds, when she came back to the window she said what you want? I said could I please get a small ice water, she replied (you holding up my line, how come you not ask for that back there?) She refused to give me a cup of ice water. Early 20s, millennial, I felt completely disenfranchised. I would have gave them one star, but I didn’t get sick from the food. Burger King was my grandfather’s favorite lunch growing up, so from time to time I hit a Burger King kind of on a last whim, and I have found some excellent quality Burger King food across the country. Been a long time since I’ve had a fast food order messed up this bad. Between the Whopper King and the Bacon Beef sandwich, nothing was right. Very depressing and confirms why I should avoid BK, which I have done with some success for a few years. Terrible service and in the end 0 for 2 sandwiches were correct. I did not check the sandwiches until I got home and found them to be completely wrong. Also, did not receive the fries which were supposed to accompany the order. I am a member of the BK group through WalMart but I have no desire to use my membership any more.

Whomever was working blonde headed glasses ,the window needs a class for customer service. I ordered 3 drinks one which was water . Asked for small got large. When questioning the price of9.18 cents for 2 large drinks and 1 small water ( large). 7/7/23 To avoid being robbed, order through the app. The clueless girl behind the counter rang me up at $13.86 for a meal. It should have been a total of $12. Their attempt at theft was so brazen. I walked out, won’t be back. No one at Burger King corporate probably even cares customers are being treated like Chumps.

Crap. Second time having order screwed up. I ordered 2 double whoppers with 2 cheeses, onions, pickles, NO ketchup. Second time: no onions on either sandwich and both were full of ketchup. Do better, it’s not that hard!!!
