Elevate Lounge LA is a great spot if you’re looking for a stylish atmosphere with good vibes. The ambiance is upscale yet relaxed, making it perfect for a night out with friends or a special occasion. The crowd is diverse and lively. Overall, Elevate Lounge LA lives up to its name by offering a fun, elevated nightlife experience. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re in LA and want a memorable evening.

My experience at Elevate Lounge was easily one of the worst nightclub experiences I’ve had.

They advertise “free entry before 10:30 PM,” yet the doors don’t even open until 10. The line stretched about a block and a half, and staff moved it extremely slowly — allowing only a few people in at a time so that once 10:30 hit, they could begin charging $30 per person. It felt very misleading.

Once inside, the situation didn’t improve. The club was dangerously overcrowded — packed shoulder-to-shoulder with barely any room to move. People were smoking inside, which made the environment even more uncomfortable.

There was no general seating available at all. If you wanted a place to sit, you were essentially forced into bottle service with a minimum spend of around $350, which felt excessive given the overall experience.

Getting a drink took forever because the bar was severely understaffed for the number of people they allowed in.

Overall, this venue seems far more focused on maximizing profit than creating an enjoyable or safe atmosphere.

I will not be returning and would strongly caution others before making plans to come here.

I celebrated my birthday at Elevate Lounge last night with all my friends, and I have to say, it’s the best club and bottle service in town! The views of downtown are incredible, and the staff is very friendly. If you’re looking for a great time and want to dance with your friends, I highly recommend Elevate. You’ll dance the whole night and enjoy the stunning views of downtown. Trust me! You will have the time of your life at elevate!

Before renting a space for shooting (I’m a filmmaker and owner of a production company) I check it out as an incognito patron to see how they might treat my very diverse crew. Everyone tends to be nice to CEOs with money to spend but my vibe is I wanna know how you’d treat the janitor… I’ve gotten enough complaints from crew to start doing this to better their experience. Disappointingly I was DENIED ACCESS to use the BATHROOM (an OSHA violation) at the letout. Couldn’t leave immediately either bc the elevator line to leave had a wait which the security worker saw but I mentioned it to him too so there could be no denial of that he was unaware. So I couldn’t leave the premises immediately, was forced to stay onsite and instead of letting me use the restroom he literally made me stand there and wait when he could have just let me relieve myself. Restrooms are to be available for use as long when patrons are inside and cannot leave, otherwise its a health code violation and OSHA should shut down the establishment. Needless to say my money spends anywhere and I would definitely NOT patronize this place personally nor professionally in the future. I’m a black woman, glad I got to see how they treat us before brought my cast and crew here. Disheartening and disappointing.

Honestly the security ruined it being too uptight. I was looking for my jacket after using the restroom and checking the couches. And all of a sudden they started tripping talking about disturbing the peace. Meaning they already had their eye on me. Like talk about a safe environment. As well too drinks are overpriced. And overall this wasnt a good experience . I told security if they could look for it and all that but they really cared more about kicking me out than me leaving with my jacket so you know what. Ill just leave a review then.

I know it’s literally DTLA but it shouldn’t feel like DTLA inside a club. This club feels ghetto, unsafe, and unwelcoming. I was searched horribly, the guy barely patted me down. The people walking around inside literally asking for trouble and the security guards who will point at a sign saying they aren’t responsible for anything. The other reviews talking about people getting beat up.

I came with a group of 4 and 1 of them lost their phone. Something that happens I guess but when we spoke to security they told us there was already over 12 reported incidents of stolen phones. Nothing they can do.

We spoke to the manager of Elevate Lounge, Brandon Bell, @brandonbellofficial, who we couldn’t get a single answer from and wasn’t willing to help us gain access to the cameras. He got belligerent once we pointed out that 12 stolen iPhones in one night is not a coincidence. That was it, he yelled the whole time and I turned my back to him.

I spoke with security for the building themselves about what can be done and they told me this is an occurrence every time the lounge has a big event.

I would 100% avoid this place again and not to mention that the drinks were over $20 each.

I thought their table and bottled service was well priced. The barbacks (?) constantly came around to ensure we had new cups, fresh mixers, and water. Good mix of music with a good mixed croud. Security was professional ans frienldy. Bathrooms were kept clean by the attendant (bring her tipping money, she deserves it). Yes, they escorted people out of they were notable intoxicated and they expect people to adhere to a dress code. Thisnwas not an issue for my part, we still had an amazing time.

One of the solid club spots in DTLA with an awesome view of the city.

Feels more like a club but not a bad thing. There’s a great outdoor section, but best during the summer with different themes depending on the promoter. Bottle service is pretty good and the servers/bar tenders/security have been real cool.

There is an entrance fee, but a lot of the Takami Sushi goers go here after they eat mostly & get in complimentary(most of the time). I recommended spot for downtown Los Angeles with a club/lounge vibe.

Dress code is a little more upscale but I’ve seen it be lax every now and then. Pants, dress shoes & polo is always a safe bet for entrance.

Did bottle service and servers are welcoming. Nice lounge with street taco and hotdog inside. They play latin music with great vibe. Crowd is friendly. Door fee is $23 to get in.

Awesome bar with amazing views of downtown Los Angeles. The bartenders were great. Although the drinks are pricey the ambience and atmosphere make up for it!
