Was casually enjoying my Pink Lemonade until I felt something out of place in my mouth and spit it out to find this small VERY sharp piece of plastic. Assumed maybe a piece of plastic near the straw had simply broken off and fell in(which wouldn’t have been a big deal and I wouldn’t have bothered to leave this review)but as you can see the four folds were still perfectly in tact which tells me that little piece of plastic was inside their pink lemonade dispenser itself. I also noticed looking in the drive through window that one of the pink lemonade dispensers looked incredibly dirty and had a decent amount of build up on it. This leads me to wonder 1. How often are they cleaning these dispensers and 2. Are they even cleaning the dispensers properly? I was even feeling a bit nauseous prior to finding the piece of plastic but wasn’t sure why, now I’m wondering if it was the pink lemonade I already drank over half of that caused me to feel ill. Very unfortunate because their pink lemonade is usually my favorite. I’m just glad I realized the piece of plastic before swallowing it and likely hurting my throat due to how sharp it is. As a food service worker myself I can’t believe they’re this careless about keeping things clean and sanitary for their customers. Food was okay but this definitely ruined any chance I have of returning to this particular location.
EDIT: immediately after writing this review out of curiosity I decided to dump the remainder of my pink lemonade into a glass to see if there was anything else in my drink and found what appears to be a piece of a wrapper of some sort? I’m beyond disgusted. Why in the WORLD are there so many unsanitary hazards in your drink dispensers? Health code violation clear as day

You cannot beat the combination of quality & value you get with their burgers. The crunch of the fresh lettuce & onions on top of the quality patties covered in American cheese is the quintessential American bite. We love the vanilla shakes too. Service is always quality at this location too.

My wife and I walked in around 5 PM and thought we’d be in for a wait. There were so many people! However, due to the teams efficiency, we were able to walk right up and order! On top of that, Faith was awesome. Very polite and professional. She also got our complex order put in correctly the first time. We were very appreciative! Thanks Faith! Oh, I guess I should say the food was great as always!

My first time trying in and out and hopefully won’t be my last! This location was very busy at 9pm on a Friday but we had pretty quick service (about 10 min wait for 2 burgers and animal fries). It is a very customisable experience – I ordered a double double with chopped chillies and whole grilled onion. I didn’t get a photo of the burgers, but they looked great.
Overall the food was good – the burgers were flavourful and had fresh salad. The animal fries were okay – the onions were a bit cold. The cheese is also pretty salty.
I think the peppers at the sauce bar are one of my favourite parts of the experience.

Bad customer service. They dont pay attention to allergies. They dont take responsibility for anything. They cross contaminated food. What they should of done was pay attention. I have many witnesses that were in store who saw the manager not even attempt to take responsibility for what happened. I was clear on the order but they dont care.
By what they did may cost them a hefty lawsuit and everything.

You can’t go wrong with this place. I really like how fresh the ingredients are. They are quick on the service and we have always had positive interactions with their staff.
I got the regular cheese burger and got it with animal style. Probably the best route to go. My wife always goes the protein route with just the lettuce. Check out the pictures, because the food looks good. I’m not a big fan of their French fries, they are 10 times better than the soggy fries they serve at McDonald’s. I prefer more crunch on mine. But it helps to “animal style” the fries.

However I do want to make a suggestion, my wife noticed that one of her fries was not cooked. But at least it was nicely cut and ready to be cooked. Maybe next time before you serve the French fries check them before you serve raw potato . I posted it in my pictures. I’m not worried about it because that was a part of the fun.

This is a great burger place if you’re on a budget! The staff here are super nice. Overall I would definitely give it a try. My wife and I come here at least one a month

Went to In-N-Out while we were visiting UT and the experience was very good. Burgers were definitely better than other fast food burger chains. Their Animal Style Fries were a big hit. We all agreed that their regular fries are not that great but not a biggie.
Service was much better than McDonald’s, Burger King and Wendy’s.
