So I ate two of the pieces from my 6 piece chicken strip basket and looked and couldn’t believe what I saw. The piece in the corner of the box was one of my “6” pieces. Are you freaking kidding me? With the prices we’re being charged to eat from here and you guys do that? Was it because it was funny? Well I’ll never eat from this location again. I’m sure the owners don’t care as I’m just one person. But whoever decided to do that is just plain childish. And I even snapped pics of all sides so no one can say I ripped a piece off. It’s breaded and fried on all sides.

It was alright.
We were looking for a sweet treat after dinner out and Dairy Queen was close. We went through three drive through and ordered:
– Blizzard, small, Caramel Reeses
– Blizzard, kids, Superman
The speed of order taking and making was fine.
The cost was high but as expected from DQ.
The flavor was good.
On balance, we enjoyed the treat.

We picked up a double cheeseburger tonight and some rings. Food was good but prices have already increased and you charged us .30 extra to put a slice of onion on the cheeseburger! Burgers used to come standard with onions and if you didn’t want any you would say so. This is ridiculous! .30 extra… really??

Thank you for bringing back the French silk pie blizzard! It was made perfectly, not skimpy on the mix ins. Drive thru was super fast. Unfortunately, I could not give five stars because it cost $6 for a small.

If your looking for a good Dairy Queen just make the trip to the one in canal park Duluth this superior location is no good anymore. I got a mixing bowl mash up and there was no brownie batter if I wanted chocolate blizzard with cookie dough that’s what I would’ve gotten. The quality of this Dairy Queen has gone down tremendously over the past 2 years to the point every time I’ve gone something like this happens.

All of our food was very cold. The pretzels sticks were black and hard like a hockey puck. Everything was hard, cold, and disgusting. It was like food waste bin level bad. We ended up not eating any of it but don’t live near by to go back. When I went up front to get food the girl at the register stared right at me, with no other customers, and then walked away from me. So I said excuse me and she finally came back. She seemed very annoyed and frustrated or was making it clear she hates her job and people. After her staring at me with a dirty look she says “well what do you need”? I told her I had a pick up order and she rolled her eyes, grabbed it and handed to me and then I left. I’ve had continuous bad experiences at this DQ but this was the worst one. Never coming back but I’m sure the employees don’t care and would love for people not to come in. I worked fast food for 10 years and as a manager, y’all are just terrible. And note, we were the only people, drive thru was empty during all this.

We have always loved Dairy Queen but have been very disappointed with this location as of late. I don’t remember the last time we got an order from here where they didn’t forget something (2+ years). Usually they forget a whole menu item or side and we end up losing money and our meal isn’t the same. I am honestly considering traveling all the way to Duluth in the future when we are craving DQ because we just can’t rely on this location to provide us with the food we pay for…

the manager tammy and sharon are really rude to the employees and i notice how they don’t really value there workers i love the food but i hope these managers can be better to there workers and on a separate time an employee named austin was very rude to an employee and i don’t appreciate that as a manager at a restaurant myself and it’s hard to see other employees be treated like that

My wife and I Door Dashed what was supposed to be bbq sauced & tossed tenders, and what did we get? Not bbq sauced & tossed tenders! We got burgers instead…..I don’t see how it’s that difficult to make an order and the screw it up like that! Very poor service and quality control from this location. Burgers and tenders are VERY DIFFERENT, so not sure how you could mess that up.
