Absolutely phenomenal food. I went there yesterday and ordered the philly cheesesteak and a fry. What I received was one of the best subs i’ve ever had that were accompanied by beautifully seasoned fries. Quick service, friendly staff, and a passionate atmosphere.

I haven’t found a sandwich shop this good since I left New York. This place blows away just about any option in the area for lunch. The sandwiches are huge and delicious. The chili is great. The people are nice. The prices are excellent. Stop getting fast food.

Sandwich meats were generous but extremely salty. Condiments were not generous at all, just the bare minimum. Mayo tasted like butter. Prices were not bad, but charging a fee for using a credit card disappointed me. I will not return to this sad-looking deli or recommend it.

I’ve been coming here for years. I brought my co worker with me and he noticed how nonchalant the workers are. I’ve always noticed that myself. I just figure as long as no one disrespects me I can keep getting good food. I wouldn’t go as far as saying they are racist. But they are definitely not friendly, especially to me.

This was my first time at J & W Sandwich Shoppe and it won’t be my last. J & W Sandwich shoppe is a true Norwood gem. It’s a must try! For $6 and change I got a huge double-decker ham and turkey sandwich and chips. Delicious and inexpensive! Unbelievable!

My son, a Xavier student, sang the praises about this shop so I had to stop in while I was in town. This is a popular place, as the modest entryway was crowded at 11:30 am on a Thursday. My wife and I, having lived near NYC in our youth, were reminded of a classic Manhattan deli where there is no skimping on ingredients. I’m always game for a great sandwich, and the Club I had here does not disappoint. Don’t let spartan interior/exterior discourage you. You won’t find more food for your dollar anywhere else in Cincy.

This is always “THE” sandwich shop to come to. Very Reasonable prices. Food is made right in front of you. I enjoyed my roast beef and ham double decker. Daughter enjoyed turkey and roast beef double decker. Grandson (17) devoured Philly steak and cheese.

I ask for no shredded meat the young lady who took my order said ok. I got home and it was shredded. I call back the Manager said that I misundstood him he said yes when he do clearly no to me, I will never go back. I have a smaller throat so it make it harder for me to swallow, shredded meat. It’s ok that is why I am given it a one star. I continue to go to a better quality restaurant
