Best donuts in dfw. Unique flavors that are seasonal. Not so sweet and perfect texture. Haven’t had a flavor that disappointed me yet. The Dubai chocolate and the creme brulee were especially amazing. Highly recommend.

First and most importantly the donuts are fantastic. But the presentation! They are so well crafted and they just ooze deliciousness. The mini donuts are a nice touch too if you want to try the different types but don’t want to commit to a whole donut.

An amazing small donut shop. They have a limited selection, but everything is beautiful and delicious. Coolest thing that I saw is they have donut holes and mini apple fritters that you can purchase in a mix and match bag.

We’ve been going to Detour Doughnuts for years and at this point they have been part of some very important milestones for us! My partner proposed with a box of their custom doughnuts, so including them in our wedding dessert table was a no brainer. Jinny is amazing at her craft and always super sweet when I talk with her! Her team is also great at answering questions and making sure you have whatever you need. I genuinely love all their doughnuts and their coffee is some of the best in the metro! You should definitely try them out and make sure to get a dirty chai!

The donuts were fabulously displayed and executed. The worker was friendly, patient, as well as kindly willing to explain the flavors. The “mini” donuts, although smaller, delivered the same amount (if not better) of quality as any regular sized donut. The donuts were all cooked to perfection; the pistachio matcha donut was light and airy with a perfect dough flavor. The matcha creme was light with a subtle hint of matcha that paired wonderfully with the pistachios and icing (?). Even the cake donut (not sure of the name, but it had orange and citrusy flavors) was soft, in comparison to its typically drier and crumblier counterparts; making it a more enjoyable eating experience. I hope to visit again soon to sample other tempting flavors.
