I order an online order for 1700hr, I had to reschedule the time to 1730, the customer representative was respectful and had to ask management, management denied my order time change. When there are mistake that happen and or situation that come out should reconsider. It would be very sad for a small chain.to close for a minor situation.

I’m unsure if it was the delivery driver’s fault for what happened to my pizza or if it was an angry employee, but in the end…my order wasn’t even correct unfortunately. I only ordered one thing so this was disappointing.

The pizzas are always hot and fresh when ordering here. I recommend using the app with the new portal so when you arrive, it would be ready to go without waiting and standing in line.

Really upset, I ordered a pizza 45 minutes ago drove home to Marina and upon opening it was presented with a large hair in the center of the pizza and when I called the manager refused to get on the phone to speak with me, having an employee go back and forth between us, even though I have my receipt she refused to replace my pizza not even accepting my request for a refund. She said I had to bring the pizza back to see the proof of the hair. I even offered to take a photo stating that I come to salinas ever few days and there’s no way I’m keeping the pizza in my refrigerator that long and then transporting it back in my car, it’s crazy.

they take over 45 mins to make you pizza EVEN WITH A MOBILE ORDER. MY ORDER WAS DUE AT 8:11PM AND ITS STILL NOT DONE AT 8:45!!!!

What’s the point of ordering ahead on the app/online if they will make you wait after you were supposed to pick up? Ordered at 5:30pm pick up was supposed to be between 5:54pm-5:59pm and it hasn’t even been put in the oven. Seems to me like they like to prioritize walk ins more than online orders.
Have been waiting in the parking lot since 5:45pm and it was barely put in the oven at 5:53pm.
Don’t bother spending your money at this location. Will be contacting corporate. This is ridiculous

Although the place was packed I had and on line order and went back in and stood in line to get that cheese Chilli sauce my wife loves. The guy there was like I saw you in line most of these people are here for hot and ready let me hand you these and I’ll ring it up on the other register for you. Grate service get those people raises!

My pizza was wrong. When I took it back. The old lady “manager” was rude did not want to make a new pizza with the correct toppings. She said “too bad I can not do any thing about it. ” When I asked her for a refund because she was not going to fix my pizza she said “no too bad for you” I was extremely confused as to why she didn’t want to do neither. I had order online with toping that I paid extra for and she did not give me my money back she then grabbed a “hot and ready” and threw it at me. I had paid for extra toppings on my pizza and she could care less! She should not be a manager at all! She is extremely unprofessional extremely rude has no manner does not know anything about customer service!
