They are finally open! Yay! Chris, Ben and the staff are friendly and professional. I am pleased to see a large seating area. TSC is at a very convenient location especially with all the other stores nearby. Inside is clean = A+! The food and smoothies are delicious! Call me a forever customer!

Refused to make my order because they “stop serving food at 8:30.”. Hoping the owner sees this so they know they are losing business. They were nice about it but thats not listed anywhere and makes zero sense.

Amazing smoothies lots of choice and customization available. Great food too, I had the Acai berry with ginger and a hummus veggie bowl. My son ordered Island green and chipotle chicken flatbread. Delicious!

I’ve been a regular customer at this location and always enjoyed my experience, but my last two visits have been disappointing. Today, I received a soggy and oily quesadilla with no protein added to either of my orders. Earlier this week, I ordered my breakfast before work and had to wait an extra 15 minutes because the employee arrived late. When I finally received my order, it was rushed and drenched in chipotle sauce. It’s frustrating to have two back-to-back orders go so wrong, especially after consistently having great experiences here.

Place looks clean and bright. Dilla sandwich & flatbread are just ok for quick bite, one can make it better at home. Smoothie didn’t have freshly cut fruit taste, more like frozen fruit/puree blend.

Clean, quick and delicious. The dining room and bathrooms were clean. Employees were friendly. My smoothie was brought out to me while I waited. Very impressive. Keep it up.

I’ve gone twice in the span of 4 weeks, and both times they have messed up my order, they miss ingredients and just switch out what I said I wanted. For example I ask for sausage in my flatbread they put chicken instead. Last time they only put sausage and egg and no other ingredients when I didn’t ask for any customizations, i don’t realize til I drive off and nobody has time to be driving back.

I visit this location after getting services at Restore & occasionally treat myself to a flatbread smoothie or an açaí bowl. While I’ve enjoyed them, the consistency of açaí varies sometimes the fruit isn’t fresh, or the granola isn’t crunchy. I once had an exceptionally good bowl and gave positive feedback, but when I later shared concerns about freshness, the manager called about my experience with the bowl debunking what I had to say about the freshness that I’ve experienced previously before offering a gift card. On my last visit, I tried redeeming a promo for a free smoothie with a bowl purchase, but the cashier confused me telling me I also needed to buy food item to redeem. I told him I was confused after about five minutes of standing there I made the purchases and sat down. When I receive my order, I went up and I said oh the smoothie he said I needed to now pay for the smoothie. I said I thought after I made the two purchases which you told me I can pick the smoothie. He said I had to make that order With my original purchase. I asked him to cancel & redo the order, he said I already paid turn into unnecessary back-and-forth.
After back & forth discussions with two employees, he walked to the back Basically, putting the entire incident on me that he didn’t make the mistake of telling me I needed to buy two products in the first place. I was eventually told I should have redeemed the reward in the app, contradicting what I was initially told & that I need to purchase again to redeem. When I got home, I realized my order was missing chips. I called, and an employee offered a refund over the phone but initially told me I had to come back to get it. I’ve visited this location many times, & while the food and drinks are sometimes great, the customer service was frustrating. I am so disappointed. Simple cancellation, and re-ordering the same items would’ve solve this problem, but it turned into a soap opera.
