I’ve been coming to this location about twice a week, but the service has consistently made for a sour experience. While the food is “okay,” the attitude of the staff—specifically the woman working the assembly line—is completely off-putting.

​The Service:
From the moment you walk in, there is zero hospitality. No greeting, no smile (not even a polite fake one), just a “dead-eyed” stare as she jumps straight into “What do you want?” It makes the entire process feel like an inconvenience to her rather than a customer transaction.

​The Portion Control:
The consistency of the food prep is frustrating. If you ask for two scoops of a protein, the first one looks normal, but the second is noticeably smaller. By the time I get to the end of the line, the bowl isn’t even full. It feels like they are intentionally skimping on portions.

​The “Coupon Interrogation”:
The most uncomfortable part happened recently regarding the coupons I use. My neighbor kindly gives me free entrée coupons every week. When I went to pay, the same staff member actually asked me, “How many more of those coupons do you have?”

​Quite frankly, it’s none of her business. If the coupons are valid (and the assistant manager confirmed they are perfectly fine to use), I shouldn’t be interrogated about how many I have. It is an incredibly awkward way to treat a repeat customer.

​Final Verdict:
If you want to feel welcomed or get a full bowl for your money, go elsewhere. The food isn’t good enough to justify being treated like a nuisance every time you walk through the door.

This used to be our favorite location, but it’s slowly gone downhill over the past year or so. The customer service is absolutely appalling.

If you speak English, the lady acts like she can’t understand you. Fine, I’ll speak spanish. Apparently now she can’t understand that either, when she was clearly speaking it 20 seconds ago.

Don’t talk trash about your customers in another language at work. Period. Some of us are bilingual and can clearly understand what you’re saying. Try that with the wrong person and it can lead to a confrontation that could’ve been avoided.

If the customer is treating you with kindness and respect, then reciprocate. You’re literally at work acting like immature adults.

Now that I’ve gotten that off of my chest, on to the food.

Why do the employees have an attitude when you ask for lettuce, guacamole, pickled onion and etc? We literally ordered NO protein bowls, NO fajita veggies, JUST rice, beans and toppings. They acted like that was an issue. I’m literally paying for it, just give me what I requested. Don’t roll your eyes when I ask for different salsas.

I’ll never step foot in this location ever again. I’d prefer to not have my patience tested over mediocre food.

I was really let down by this quesadilla. For how much it cost, there just wasn’t enough cheese or chicken inside, it felt more like a snack than a meal. The cheese they used didn’t taste right for a quesadilla either. It reminded me of the kind of shredded cheese you’d get on a Taco Bell taco, not something that melts nicely into a warm tortilla.

The chicken was also kind of off. Some pieces were super burnt, like they were stuck to the grill from a previous batch and just left there. I just picked them out because they’re not edible.

Might be time to switch up the cheese, Chihuahua cheese would be a big upgrade and maybe clean the grill more often between batches.

2 hours close and they no longer are serving either of their chicken options. I asked if they would make it for me, and they said no. Lazy employees. Absolutely ridiculous. A waste of time time for customers. No sign on door, nothing.

Do not order door dash from this location, never received a correct order. Vibe when you go inside is like you are a nuisance for ordering food here. Wont be back. Looks super appetizing…. sarcasm. Seems most reviews are pretty much the same experience. If this location is a franchise owner should be ashamed. If this is corporately owned it will never change.

Workers were talking and complaining for 5 minutes before even acknowledging me. Workers acted as if I was a burden and rude. Also most tables were dirty and there were no forks. Love Qdoba but not this location. I don’t recommend.

pretty rude, almost every table is dirty, and the lady didn’t let me use my rewards and didn’t give me my receipt… i didn’t want to ask for it because again, very rude. they acted like we were a burden and also no forks… i dont recommend coming to this location.
