My husband and I normally do date night here! We absolutely love their food and drive an hour and 20 minutes just to come here. This is the most authentic, best Thai food we have had! Be careful of your spice levels! I like mine hot and they set the bar every time! Don’t forget to try their hot & sour soup with the shrimp chips!

If you’re craving fresh, flavorful, and authentic Thai food, Bangkok Cuisine on Main Street is an absolute gem!

I had the pleasure of dining here recently, and everything was spot-on. We started with the green apple salad—super crisp, tangy, and perfectly balanced with toasted cashews, fried garlic, and red onion. Light, refreshing, and full of texture!

Next up was the chicken panang curry, which came out piping hot with tender chicken, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and a rich, creamy red curry sauce. The flavors were bold without being overwhelming—just the right level of spice.

Of course, I had to get the classic Pad Thai, and it did not disappoint. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the dish came loaded with chicken, egg, scallions, bean sprouts, and crushed peanuts. That squeeze of lemon added the perfect finishing touch.

To top it off, the service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant had a clean, modern vibe. Everything tasted homemade and fresh, like it was made with care. Even the owner came over to check on us and made sure everything was perfect!

Bangkok Cuisine is a must-try for Thai food lovers in the Rochester area. Delicious food, great portions, fair prices, and authentic Thai taste all the way through. Can’t wait to come back!

My sister-in-law and I stopped into Bangkok Cuisine in Rochester, and I’m already trying to justify the drive back. It’s that good.

Before our entrées even came out, we were given hot & sour soup and shrimp chips, which seems to be their standard starter. The soup was bright, tangy, and comforting, and those shrimp chips were crunchy and strangely addictive, the kind of thing you keep reaching for without realizing it.

For appetizers, we shared the curry puffs, and they were incredible. The flaky pastry and sweet-savory potato filling worked so well together that we almost regretted agreeing to share.

I ordered the Woosen with chicken, a glass-noodle stir fry that came out perfectly seasoned with tender pieces of chicken. She went with what I’m guessing was the Yellow Curry with potatoes, rich and creamy with that cozy, slightly sweet curry flavor.

Every dish tasted fresh, balanced, and honestly just way above average. The chicken in both entrées stood out, not dry, not bland, just genuinely good.

Bangkok Cuisine isn’t close to me at all, but after this meal? I’ll be finding excuses to go back very, very soon.

Surprisingly the restaurant was practically empty when we got there but it was very clean and the staff was welcoming. I had never been here before but decided to give it a try considering all the amazing things I’ve heard about the food. Food was great
although the soup they brought to us first was not good. Service was amazing as well our waitress was so friendly. Also the portions are HUGE for the price you pay. I had two more meals out of my entree. Defined get the crab Rangoon’s they are the best I’ve ever had much better than PF Chang’s.

Drunken noodle doesn’t even resemble any kind of noodle I have ever seen. Over cooked noodles that are all stuck together in a sticky goo.
Usually buy from Washington Twp Bangkok all the time with no issues and good food.
This places is definitely not as good in appearance and taste. Was also missing the bean sprouts. I have to toss it, no way I’m eating this mess that had no effort or care when put together.

(Update, took it back told them keep their garbage & the money, I won’t ever be back here!)

Grew up eating here, so every time I come home to visit family, you know I’m hitting up Bangkok Cuisine. Even though other locations are closer, there’s just something about the OG location. It’s so great that, even after eating here for 30+ years now, it tasted exactly how I remembered.

The food and service are still on point. And the portions are huge!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a hidden gem in Rochester Hills – a haven for lovers of Bangkok cuisine. The moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was captivated by the inviting ambience that transported me to the vibrant streets of Thailand.

The menu showcased a delightful array of Thai delicacies, each dish a harmonious blend of flavors and spices. The Pad Thai was a standout, featuring perfectly cooked noodles with a tantalizing balance of sweetness and heat. The Green Curry was a symphony of aromatic herbs and coconut milk, leaving a lasting impression on my taste buds.

What truly sets this establishment apart is not just the exceptional food, but also the impeccable service and attention to detail. The staff exuded warmth, guiding us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm. The ambiance, adorned with subtle Thai accents, created an atmosphere that made the dining experience truly memorable.

Whether you’re a seasoned Thai cuisine enthusiast or a newcomer eager to explore bold flavors, this establishment in Rochester Hills is a must-visit. It effortlessly combines excellent food, inviting ambience, and attentive service, making it a standout destination for those seeking an authentic taste of Bangkok in the heart of Michigan

Ordered a medium Pad Prick with beef. The level of spice was off the chart and it was extremely painfull and nearly unedible.

I’ve ordered many dishes and over the years from here always in a medium spice and it has been fine, but this was so insanely spiced hot they clearly made a mistake.

I called them to let them know and they did offer to remake it, but I ordered carry out and I was already miles away
it was not convenient to bring it back so they could remake it. I had assumed they would have offered to take my info and give me a credit for another one in the future, but the only thing I got was… “sorry”. I don’t see myself coming back here again.

Very upset because we just moved here and I was excited that I found a good thai place by my apartment i order takeout every week since I move here. I like my kow pad poung garee with extra chk chop small, and yellow curry paste added. I have requested this every time I place an order they always tell me we don’t make the dish like that and let me know if I dont like it I cannot return it. But they make it because this is how I like. Today I try to order this and the older lady on the phone got rude told me the cooks cannot cut chicken small because they ate too busy and that they wont make my dish how I like with the yellow curry paste added even tho i tell her charge me whatever i add extra everything and large soups and appetizers i don’t care if its long wait they rather turn my order away than add yellow curry paste.
