Samuel was the bartender, ordered the Lola burger with avocado instead of bacon and the special sauce. He was professional, food was quickly delivered, plated well, and tasted great. I’m glad I walked the extra distance from shake shack to here. Only minor complain is that I was charged .75 for special sauce. I don’t care about the cost it just felt petty. Still highly recommend this place and the bartender was great.

Whenever I go through CLE I stop at Bar Symon. He does our Greek ancestors proud! My favorite is the Applewood Bacon Stuffed Grilled Cheese with that delicious smokey flavor and fantastic bacon-habanero jam! I recommend dipping every third bite in a bit of Bertman’s spicy brown ballpark mustard! What a variety of flavor! The Lola fries are always perfectly cooked — most places overcook them. And I love to wash it down with an ice cold Downeast Original Blend Hard Cider. Nice!

Unfortunately my flight was delayed and I stopped here. The food was great. I got the lemon blueberry pancakes. The bartender Amy was very friendly knowledgeable and made a great drink. When I fly to Cleveland again I will definitely be coming back. Thanks team Michael Symon for the great food and drinks!

I always make a point to stop in here for a bite to eat when I can, preferably for breakfast. It’s convenient, and far quieter than the food court near security.
Every time I come in, this app is very friendly and accommodating. The chefs are pro when it comes to quality food in short order. My eggs are always perfect, the bacon is always crispy, and the latkes are amazing. You read that right. They offer miniature latkes as potatoes with your breakfast. They are really hard to beat. Give them a try!

Good place to wait for a flight. Got the pina colada sangria, refreshing. The poutine fries is made with sausage gravy with rosemary fries, I like the sausage gravy idea but don’t really see any sausage and the rosemary fries just fries with a hand-full of rosemary just lay underneath the fries. Not the poutine fries I expected, it’s ok.

As airport bars go, it’s fine. The service was a little slow after I got seated and the food selection isn’t great but the quality of the food is good.
The size of the side of fries is frankly ridiculous and should serve two people. Solo travellers wanting a burger and fries will end up with more food than a human being needs before a flight. I left a lot of fries uneaten. This isn’t a compliant address much as it is a heads up to others.

Food good , service pleasant. I’m giving one star because of the establishment’s policy of keeping prices secret for beer and alcohol. There is a very nice selection of beers and signature drinks, but if you want to know how much they cost, you have to ask the waiter one at a time, while they press a button on their electronic tablet menu. If you want to choose among all the offerings like you wanted any other restaurant, you have to waste the waiters time for a couple of minutes, which I was unwilling to do. I guess they are assuming that anybody who orders alcohol at an airport is indifferent to what it costs, but interestingly enough, they do provide prices for the food. Extremely annoying and whoever made up this policy should pay a price for it, hence one star. I encourage other customers who share my view to also give one star.

Responding to the proprietor’s very unconvincing response below: alcohol costs don’t fluctuate any more than food costs, in fact less so. More importantly, this doesn’t prevent other bars and restaurants from posting alcohol prices prices. Readers can decide for themselves whether or not to take the proprietor’s response seriously, but in my view, it provides an additional reason not to patronize this restaurant. They would’ve been better off saying nothing in response to this review, rather than offering such a lame response.

Very very well put together and tasty smash bacon burger. Crispy bacon, just the right amount of lettuce and onions so it wasn’t overwhelming to eat. The special sauce seemed mayo based and was super good and a good amount to not need any other condiment (I’m normally a ketchup “dipper”). Parm fries were loaded with Parm and very excellent. I’d definitely eat here again.

I frequent this place. I eat there 5 out of 7 days. Everything was just fine until today 9/29/2026. I ordered a chili and when the waitress Jazmine brought it, it was very dry. The waitress left before I could tell her to bring me my drink so I waited. When she came back she ask me if everything’s okay. I looked at her and told her that the chili was dry. For whatever reason she turned around and walked away. At that point I was mad for the rudeness but I didn’t want to be disrespectful so I kept my mouth shut. Now she saw that the chili was just sitting there and ask nothing. It seems that she made a comment in the back because cook Maria came to me and asked me if everything’s okay. I told her about the dry chili and she apologize and offered me a new one. I agreed but I asked it to go cause I had to get back to work. When I went to the front to pick it up, Cook Daisy gave the chili to Melissa. And Jazmine started causing a scene yelling that why was Daisy giving me a free chili. Daisy and Maria tried to explain but she was furious saying that she doesn’t that treatment why should I. Melissa grabbed the chili and Jazmine snapped it out of her hands and said no. That I should’ve told her and not Maria about what was going on with the chili. Melissa once again grab the chili and put it in a bag and gave it to me. At this point I was so embarrassed with her and the cooks that I told her that it was okay, to keep it cause I didn’t want to them in problems. Melissa said that she was the one that was sorry and that I could take it. This waitress needs to learn about respect, empathy and customer service. In the area there are a lot of restaurants. I go there because of the warm service and treatment that we get there from each one of them except Jazmine. I will never eat at this place the days that she’s there and I’ll make sure that non of my employees, co-workers and friends from the airport goes either. Sorry owners and managers of this place, it’s nothing personal against your bar but I can’t allow anybody that I know get humiliated the way I did today.
