I went today to redeem the free iced coffee, when they scanned the code it redeemed the offer but it “didn’t” work on their end and they refused to offer me the free coffee and they blamed it on my phone. What upset me was the lack of customer service. Not even an apology or offer me a free drink as a courtesy. I missed out on the promo and I couldn’t even use it at another Dunkin anymore.

I was here at 3:37 pm drive thru #4010 they gave me a MD hot original coffee regular cream and sugar I asked them no sugar all the time this is the second time they missed up my order I asked for hot coffee with 3 caramels 2 creams no sugar easy order why are they not paying attention now I definitely don’t want come back because there dum always rushing instead of getting right it was always the crew in the morning and afternoons who wants a coffee they didn’t order and then pay for it it’s outrageous don’t make me what u think I want I hate that

RIDICULOUS they served me donuts that are frosted like this. Messed up my refreshers and went back. Hashbrowns were cold. Green tea in the refreshers is also always bitter which means it’s FERMENTED.

Their ice coffee is the best I’ve had, it’s better than other places. Some are water down this place gives you exactly what you want. Recommend it’s busy but it’s worth it.

I came through the drive through for a sandwich and a coffee on a Saturday afternoon. The sandwich came out completely wrong the first time so I went back around and asked for a remake. The remake came out wrong and cold so I came back and asked for a refund. They told me that there was no manager in that could process a refund and since I paid with the app I can’t get a refund from them anyway. The policy isn’t their fault but it was a frustrating experience so I probably won’t be back.

If I could give this place a 0 I would . I have never ever been more disrespected in my life, but any of these employees like today . Very disrespectful and very rude . There is no type of organization or control . The management is terrible . Questioning customers when something they made is not correct . I hope this Dunkin’ Donuts shuts down . It gets worse by the hour . My self and my 3 year old child were told to choke on our food because I was in a rush and had to get to work while waiting 10+ minutes for a pickup order . I will be contacting corporate . Disgusting place distasteful employees and disrespectful staff .
