Shameeka made my customized impossible burger with love!!! It was the best impossible burger that I have eaten. Give that woman a raise! The woman who took our order was also very friendly and efficient. It was a great experience and I will happily be back due to the great customer service and the quality of the food.

I was told about this Burger King about a month ago about how bad the food was. I know I used to go there and get a pretty good burger, so I decided to go and see for myself, if that had changed. Yes, it has changed. I ordered a Whopper combo, but decided to get onion rings instead of fries. Their staple burger was overcooked and under seasoned. The sandwich maker didn’t put ketchup on the sandwich which comes on it, but the worker ask me do I want ketchup and gave me packets when I paid. I didn’t know why he ask me that at the time because I didn’t order fries, but I found out when I tasted the burger. That twang the ketchup gives wasn’t there and made the burger taste flat. It might have helped this overcooked, under seasoned sandwich. No, I didn’t put ketchup on the burger. Oh yeah, the onion rings. They were soggy, like they had been sitting for a while. I was warned; I tried them, now I’m done. They blew it on their best sandwich at this location.

Chicken fries were room temp and the customer service was amazing but the problem is that I asked for sweet and sour sauce and the person gave me an rang me for honey mustard. I asked MULTIPLE times for sweet and sour. During this government shutdown and food stamp freeze, we literally used our last to get this meal and it breaks my heart that I can’t even get a correct order. It’s more than the sauce, it’s the principle. I’ve worked for BK before so I know it’s not hard to follow the headphone order or expo board. If you are unsure, read the order back!! Now I’m regretting ever choosing this meal with the last bucks I had. So much for doing something nice for myself.

Horrible just left the drive through, workers ask us to hold on at drive through speaker left us waiting for 27 minutes we finally left they refused to answer and served us there were about 10 vehicles behind me when i left. The sorriest employee and service i seen in my life.

Went through drive thru this morning otw to an appt. Was greeted by Robert. Though I was there during the switch over from breakfast to lunch he still Very politely offered suggestions and helped me reach my initial craving for breakfast. Robert has an AMAZING demeanor and overall pleasant personality. I don’t know what this company has in store for him, however it would be an asset to their establishment to keep him on and move him up the ranks. HOW CAN ANY PLACE FAIL THIS HARD?!?
Honestly, this visit is on me. I knew better. I coached them and repeated the single modification I wanted (barely extra BBQ). Wanna guess how it came out? Imagine squishing a burrito This time they went above and beyond, messing up the entire order. Patties were burnt, ketchup was stopped everywhere. To my knowledge, I never dated any of their family, so this mess up must make me one if many. If you don’t like your job, don’t take it out on customers. Our money is valuable, which is why… never again…

If you come in the evening, do not take your time to order! If you have to think, they will be doing anything else and ignore you (for example, I looked up and typed this review while waiting for an answer, after saying I needed a moment).
