I’ve never been to this location and I don’t plan on it. Placed an order online at the Porterville location (so I thought) but at checkout it somehow got changed to THIS location, 40 minutes from where we were and 4 hours from home on a road trip. When I figured out what happened, I called this location and was told “sorry we cannot refund your card, you can come to this location or call the manager in the morning.” Obviously I’m not driving 40 minutes out of my way turning my 4-hour drive into 6 hours, but what is this nonsense?? And when I call of course no one answers. So I have a $50 charge for a restaurant I have NEVER been to, nor tried before. So, good job guys, I hope you’ve accomplished whatever it is with this absolutely nonsense “rule.”

It’s ok, my kids like the different flavored shakes, good fries, and I still love their fried burrito. But honestly this place has gone downhill since I was a kid. Used to be the best shakes in town. This time the shakes were runny and pretty disappointing, and the whole place needs a thorough cleaning. Nice people working there though.
