The ordering here requires you to use a kiosk machine. The kiosk doesn’t have all the menu configured so you have to order placeholder items to get help from the employees. We ordered toasted sourdough sandwiches and they came out untoasted and cold. The donuts you order from the kiosk are “select at counter” so you order from a machine to get the privilege of ordering with a person. They try to pick donuts without talking to you. It’s mind blowing, a very frustrating ordering experience with poorly executed food prep. It’s definitely the result of a captivated food experience or this place wouldn’t make it.

I have been visiting and shopping at Dunkin for many years. The team members are very nice to me and are very professional. The bakery is very clean. I enjoy buying the sprinkled donuts and coffee. However lately I noticed there are very few sprinkles on the displayed donuts. If the donuts are advertised as sprinkled you would expect the whole donut covered with sprinkles. Quality control should be applied.

I would give it no stars if I could. Went there and the latte machines were down. So I ordered a cold brew. Something that is done that quick and yet it took them a while before noticing we were even there. Employee’s was just on their phone and didn’t acknowledge us at all!!!! Very disappointed.
I guess Starbucks it is!!!!!

Ordered 2 iced coffees. Name was ready on board but drinks still weren’t ready for another 15 minutes. They must have deleted our name because they are confused whose drink they had. When I said it may be mine they gave to me and I stated I had another. So all in all took over 30 minutes for 2 iced coffees and we ended up throwing away because they tasted awful. Bummer and waste of our money.

While staying at the Lodge, we visited Dunkin multiple times. Each time ordering a variety of things, coffee, hot chocolate, refresher drinks, donuts, sandwiches, and sides. Everything was prepared as ordered. It was hot and fresh. The area was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very patient while we looked over the menu, answering any questions that we had and making suggestions. I would stop by here again if I was staying at the resort.

15 minutes for a small coffee and donut when there are very few people waiting is ridiculous. They also make you add sugar to your coffee in the automated order, came out way too sweet.

Terrible… you have to order by kiosk even if an employee is standing right there! They won’t even tell you, they will just let you stand there until a line backs up…. The prices you pay to stay here they could do way better in their service!

Only order by kyosk, which won’t let you select the mix of donuts you want. You can add a donut type by can’t pick an uneven mix like 2 glazed and 4 chocolate. They also failed to leave cheese off our breakfast sandwich when no cheese was requested

The kiosks suck!!! No way to order through a human. The order comes to $45, then prompts for a 15%-25% tip? So I get to order through computer, then tip the computer at least 15%? Tf. What kind of circus are they running here? Also, I’d like to talk to the “genius” who decided it would be awesome to eliminate the human from taking the order. Efficiency vs reduction in payroll. Brilliant!!!

Ordered two iced coffees on the app they said they were going to be ready at 724 when I arrived they were waiting on the counter and I asked if it was my order and she said no. Then 10 minutes later, handed me the drinks that I asked if they were mine with the ice and whip cream completely melted. When I asked for them to be remade, they took their sweet time remaking the drinks. 1:30 iced coffees
