Ordered 2 meals in the drive thru, they made us pull forward and wait 15 minutes to wait for a “fresh burger” even though the place was a ghost town.
All food was ice cold including the fries and the “fresh burger” and just tasted old and gross …We dont eat out much anymore and now we remember why lol. We live right around the corner but we Won’t be back.

Flavor wise, the food was fine. The portions were TERRIBLE. Fry containers not even half full, sandwiches light on meat, drinks not full. You’d think it was coming out of the workers check. Stingiest Arby’s I’ve ever seen

Was so in the mood for a Jamocha Milk Shake. Went through drive through and ordered a large Jamocha Shake. I paid $5 to drive away and when I took a sip they gave me a vanilla milk shake and not a Jamocha shake. If I didn’t have to get home I would of turned around but pretty bummed out.

The Italian loaded was terrible.
Balled up meat.
Couldn’t even slice the meat!
Lastly Italian hogies don’t come with American nor Swiss cheese.
Major disrespect calling it Italian.

That can’t even prepare a fast food, no education or training needed.

The girl must not had been listening and trying to rush because there was SAUCE ALL OVER THE SANDWICH with noooo napkins smh!
