Tried out Maya Thai Bistro yesterday & loved the place! Parking right in front of the building, large rooms, friendly staff, quick service. Now for the food- I got the Veggie Curry Puffs & Panang Curry with Tofu (vegetarian). The server was very understanding about the “no meat or fish” issue. She gave me a cup of veggie soup with my curry puffs- very good & hit the spot on a cold day. As for the puffs- they were little clouds of heaven. Best I ever had. So light & flaky. The server said they were homemade- and you can tell. Can’t wait to get them again!! My Panang Curry was delicious- I asked for medium spice- and it was def spicy! Enough food for 2 meals. Take out container was high quality. Will def be back! Totally recommend!!

Wow! One of the freshest, most excellent Thai food we’ve ever had. We love to travel, eat new foods and find unique restaurants that are not commercial. Food here was beyond excellent, quick too. We had the crab ragoon, Golden Crispy Chicken and Chicken Madness.

Happy to see a new Thai restaurant opened up in Schenectady. We stopped by for the first time for lunch. The food was really tasty. Everyone was super nice. And I love the drawings on the walls.
I had Radna noodle which had the right amount of spice. It was very tasty and flavorful.
We were the only customers there, so I am hoping more people to stop by and they will survive.

Took my partner here for valentine’s day. The vibe was on point. Food was also amazing. Definitely a good place for date night.

AMAZING!!!!! The food was awesome, the service was 5-Star, and while the prices were on the high side, it was worth every penny!!! My only disappointment was no refills on the sodas/beverages. Cannot say how glad I was to try them!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

10/10 – I literally made my entire family (including two children under the age of two years old) go two consecutive nights in a row. LEGIT THAI FOOD! Quality is amazing. Everything we got was delicious, well spiced, and obviously Cooked from a scratch. Highly recommended. Also locally and family owned, don’t sleep on this hidden gem!!!

This place is wonderful. Food is clean, fresh, authentic. Everything is homemade. So glad they moved into this space which is near my home. The girls are so kind, patient and genuinely appreciate positive. Family owned business. I am so happy for these hardworking, wonderful people. The Tom Yum soup is the absolute best. Crispy duck is so good. Chicken satay, edamame, crazy boom boom, drunken noodles and everything else we have tried. Full bar too. Please try this place and support this family. And we went there for our son’s birthday and they were so appreciative and brought him out the Thai donuts with a candle after lunch. Very sweet. The sauces are Devine. Everything! Can’t say enough!!
