When I first started coming here, I genuinely loved this place. Unfortunately, over time the customer service has gone downhill. It feels like once staff recognize you as a repeat customer, your business is valued less, not more.
I specifically requested solid vegetables and a well-done steak, yet I was served something completely different. This isn’t an isolated issue—it reflects a pattern of arrogance and disregard for customer requests.
Loyal customers are the backbone of any business, and the way repeat patrons are being treated is disappointing. I wanted the owner to be aware of this experience, especially since I have proof showing what was ordered will done versus what was actually served medium well if that’s what you wanna call it!

F&F Japanese Grill is a hidden gem in downtown Dallas—super convenient and definitely worth a visit!
The customer service was on point. The staff were kind, patient, and really helpful, especially since I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to eat. As a first-time guest, they even offered me a free drink, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made me feel truly welcomed.
Now the food? Absolutely delicious. The shrimp, chicken, noodles, and rice were all flavorful, and the sauces (pictured below) elevated everything perfectly. You can tell they put care into what they serve.
The establishment was very clean, including the bathrooms—which were spotless and odor-free (always a good sign!). There was a steady stream of customers the entire time I was there—people of all ages dropping in, which only confirms how great this spot really is.
By the time I made it back to my car, the ITIS hit me hard—that “food coma” kind of satisfaction.
I’ll definitely be back—whether it’s this downtown location or another one in the DFW area. Kudos to the team at F&F for great service and food. I highly recommend this place!

The food was good the spicy was made fresh to order. It’s a disclaimer up as the spice level but it wasn’t that spicy to be alarmed. Chicken poppers were Luke warm so they were ok. The chicken and rice bowl was good it came with 2 sauces the orangish sauce was the best. No wheel chair friendly. But accessible.

Fast and Furious on Greenville Avenue is an absolute gem! Their consistency and quality are unmatched, whether you’re dining in or getting delivery. Stumbled upon this place as I battled getting Chick-Fil-A and in my efforts to do better, F&F Grill won. The placed was pretty packed when I went in which is a good sign, but as soon as I went to the counter, everything went downhill.
It’s definitely a place that is used to their customers knowing what they want and there is no excitement when taking orders. I was greeted with “what can I get for you?” and of course I didn’t know. Fast forward, I ordered and everything came to me wrong; veggies weren’t included or cooked soft as I requested, and the steak was well (ugh) and not cooked (at least) medium as I requested. I wasn’t given a choice for sauce and was provided with their top two–which is my assumption, and the plate was loaded with 8 pounds of rice. I ordered a lemonade and told the lady the fountain drink was out, and instead of fixing it or passing it on to someone else who could, she went on break.
Price wise (I got the steak and chicken meal) it was alright, but a little steep and of course in my head I thought, ‘I could’ve cooked this at the house.’
I had plenty of leftovers and it wasn’t terrible-terrible, but I won’t run back.

This is one of my go-to restaurants. I think I probably go here too often but the food is just so good. I always get the same thing so they know me by name/ order now. Great people and great food! Love the Hawaiian bowl. I always add some crunchy onions at home though. Perfect!
