I actually heard about this place reading the in flight magazine on an Allegiant flight. Sounded cool so I thought I would give it a try. We were immediately greeted with a smile and told to pick any table we would like. From there the service was very attentive and charming. We ordered drinks which were delivered immediately. The entire time we were there our server continuously checked on us to make sure we didn’t need/want anything. We ordered food and it was outstanding! It came out quickly and tasted great! We ordered three items and it was under $25! Are you kidding me! The food presentation is equal to something you see at a high end, very expensive restaurant. Great food, great service, great prices, great vibes! We will be back!

food was good. nice rooftop views. our server was good but they were short a cook so we waited nearly 1.5 hrs for food
(not the servers fault and we made sure to tip her well). we weren’t the only people to complain

My wife and I were really looking forward to lunch at Perch 360 after hearing so much about the rooftop views. Unfortunately, what should’ve been a relaxing experience turned into one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had in a long time.
We were the first guests to arrive when the restaurant opened for lunch, yet somehow we waited over an hour and a half for two simple meals — a veggie burger and a hamburger. During that time, several tables that arrived after us received their food well before we did. Our server, Jenny, was kind and did her best, but the overall service and kitchen coordination were unacceptable.
When our food finally arrived, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. The runner simply dropped the plates off and walked away. To make matters worse, the hamburger and veggie burger were both burnt, and the hamburger had cheese on it despite us clearly requesting no cheese due to a dairy allergy. That’s not just poor service — that’s a safety concern.
We also couldn’t help but feel unwelcome, as we were the only African-American couple in the restaurant and the lack of attentiveness stood out compared to how other tables were treated. It’s never comfortable to feel that way anywhere, especially when you’re simply out trying to enjoy lunch.
The drinks were decent (I had a Bahama Mama, my wife had a Sunset Cruise Mojito), but that was the only highlight. Management did comp our meals, but by that point, the food was inedible and the experience had already soured.
We genuinely hope Perch 360 takes this feedback seriously. The view and atmosphere have potential, but hospitality and consistency are what make a place truly worth coming back to — and right now, that’s what’s missing.

I see why the reviews are bad. We wanted to give this place a fair shot. Came for a date night, left after we finished our waters. (20mins) we asked for food menus, once we decided what we wanted, we put them forward and together to signal that we were ready. We were ignored. I could have came in for fries, I could have came in for cocktails, apps and entrees.. you have ZERO idea of how much money we were ready to spend and that reflects very poorly on your establishment. View is amazing, but the service is lackluster.

Decided to do a Date night at Perch360. Got up there, sat ourselves, waited about 10 minutes, no one said hello. Finally found someone and asked, “do we seat ourselves or should we wait?” She stated you seat yourself, fine no problem. Waited a little longer, finally got a menu, the first thing the lady said was “the kitchen is very backed up so it will take a long time to get your food.” Fine we can have a couple drinks to wait. She came back sprayed the table with Bleach Water, didn’t warn anyone it had bleach in the water, it was slightly windy, the overspray and water from the slatted table, got all over our clothes, and bleach our shirts and pants, ruining our shirts and shorts. (Have little white spots all over our expensive shorts.) finally someone came up to take our drink order (remind you, this was about 30-35 minutes after sitting down.) go to order a drink, and they were out of mint, and some other mix that is used is most their drinks. So we got up and left. Wasn’t a great experience, the view was nice, yes, but the service was shitty, and them not warning anyone they clean the table with bleach water, and should watch ourselves was unacceptable.

We went for breakfast. Service was pretty bad. Had to serve myself coffee. Waitress didn’t find the need to clean off tables. She was not busy. Only 2 tables. We were served French fries instead of breakfast potatoes, waitress didn’t feel the need to tell us or offer something else. She got my husband’s order completely wrong. By the time he got his food I was almost done and it was still not right, but at that point he ate it. Asked for a manager and apparently no manager. She did take off my husband’s food off the bill, but only because we asked for a manger. The coffee ran out of both canister, never got to have more coffee. You can tell the Waitress and bartender didn’t care about much, maybe because No manager! View is amazing, but I definitely won’t be back to eat.

This a nice roof top bar. 360 as advertised! We were there on 1/18/25 around 4:30. The bartender was very nice and informative for drinks and other info. We didn’t have any food, so no comment on that. The drink prices were lower than I thought they would be.

This was hands down the worst dining experience I’ve had in a long time, and I will never return to Perch 360.

To start, we waited over 10 minutes just to receive menus. After ordering drinks, we waited about 40 minutes before having to ask if they were ever coming. The server’s response? “It’s not my fault, it’s the bartender. I’m only 20 years old, otherwise I’d go back there and make it myself.” Not exactly the customer-service moment she thought it was. Another 15 minutes later, the drinks finally arrived.

One person ordered their Pineapple Paloma (just without pineapple). What arrived was a green mystery drink that tasted nothing like a Paloma. When we politely asked if the drink was correct and mentioned it tasted bad, the server became aggressive and said, “Yes, it’s your fault for ordering a Paloma without pineapple — I watched them make it.” For reference, a classic Paloma does not include pineapple. No apology, no offer to fix it — she simply walked away.

Then came the food. We ordered one order of French fries for the table. After 45 minutes, we asked if they were coming. Her response: “Yes, but the table next to you ordered food too and they’re waiting.” Okay? And? This is a restaurant. Eventually, after an hour, we asked to remove the fries from the bill. She then informed us, “Oh yeah, they were actually ready in the back for a while, but I forgot to grab them and now they’re cold.” I’m still speechless.

Every interaction came with an excuse and an attempt to shift blame back onto us. At no point did she take accountability or attempt to make things right.

When we asked for the check, it took another 20 minutes. When we followed up, she simply said “no” and walked away. Meanwhile, we overheard her tell another table who received the wrong food, “Well, I heard you say fish and chips.” Yikes.

Eventually, we paid and left. No goodbye, no apology — not a single word.

In summary: rude and careless service, extremely long waits, incorrect or missing food, and bad drinks. Our group talked about how shockingly bad this experience was for hours afterward because none of us could believe it. This server desperately needs a Customer Service 101 course, and management needs to step in (if there is any).

Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

We went there with a group for Cinco de Mayo. They were understaffed, did not have any Cuervo Gold and had premixed margaritas that we fizzy. You would think that a wonderful venue like that with 360 degree views of the area would have been better prepared. It took our group over an hour to get their food. Most of it was good but not hot as it should have been. Parking was free to the side of the building. Most of our checks had to be redone because of mixup. They could be a premier spot with just a little more training.

Had a great evening at Perch 360, the home draft Margaritas pack a punch and are delicious, combined that with the French Dip and maybe 5 extra beers you’ll have a great night. Rumor has it the weekends from 8-3 has bottomless mimosas and bloody Mary’s, that’s sounds a great time. Either way good food, great service, even better buzz.
