Do not order without the app. It provides serious savings and Mcdonals relies on people not knowing about it.
I got breakfast for two dollars by taking FULL ADVANTAGE of the app the same way they take advantage of us by charging $5 for .25¢ worth of potatoes……

945pm Wednesday the 7th, 2026. So if you order a Big Mac meal at this time the fries are automatically cold, and dry? On top of that they need some new hires for sure. The kid/guy at the drive through I sensed had a bad attitude over the microphone when ordering like I was putting him out for doing his $20 (worth about $2.00 if that) an hour job. If he had any less motivation toward his job you might just as well have a mummy/troll working that window. He does not care to have that job and it’s obvious to me the consumer. I support community businesses in my every day travel but never this place again. Not the first time I’ve been disappointed at the location. Do your business a favor and fire this guy as soon as you read this post. I’ve complained about this place once before but to no avail. No concern at all for the terrible cold food and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Instead of saying thx, it’s way more like no thx. Get it together this is not service, it’s disservice…

I had to go check on my order after waiting 20 minutes. When I got it there were no napkins. I asked to speak to the manager. I told him their service was terrible and explained why. The manager said he knew. I had to go to the napkin holder but then found out it was empty. I went back to the counter and they got me a napkin from the back. Their service has gone south!

Had a horrible experience….ordered from the app, parked at a numbered space and 10 minutes later got a notification my order was being brought out. Well another 15 minutes passed still nothing. Had to walk in and the order wasn’t even made!!. So in total roughly 30 minutes to get my meal….never ordering from this location ever again.

I drove through the drive-thru, where I encountered a very concerning interaction with one of your employees, who claimed to be the manager on duty.
We were shocked and confused as to why we were being treated so poorly and with such hostility. Now reading other reviews it seems like multiple customers have been experiencing the same interactions with employees from this location yet NOTHING is being improved.

– FLY EGGS –
Yes, you read that right. Fly eggs iside my burger.
This Sunday at 10 AM I bought 2 sausage egg Mc Muffin. When I opened the first burger, there were fly eggs in the middle of the bread, I spat out the Mc muffin and threw it away. And of course, I couldn’t eat the second snack. I decided to go back to Mc Donalds in the afternoon to tell them that I found fly eggs in my burger, but the manager mocked me and said that was impossible. He asked if I had photos or anything to prove it, I said no.
Finally, I went back to my car and inside my backpack I found the second burger that I hadn’t eaten, and to my surprise, I found more fly eggs inside it. I took the second Mc muffin to the manager and he said again that this was impossible and asked me if I wanted a refund for both snacks. I thought this was absurd and said that it was not a question of refund but of Public Health, that he should check his inventory and discard these rotten breads full of fly eggs. He didn’t care much and said there was nothing he could do.
I decided to post this here to warn all of you:
PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE EATING, BECAUSE THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS DISGUSTING!!!

Truly slow in the mental capacity the register hands me wrong order I tell her then she hands me the online order I made I told her I wanted to add another item and that’s when it really got confusing I paid and she never gave me the add on item I paid for I’ll be calling my bank absolutely ridiculous
