The location is hard to find if you aren’t familiar with the location. There’s no signage other than a pop up tent that has jersey mikes on it. You can easily miss the turn for the parking lot if you aren’t paying close attention after the roundabout.
The food was okay. Pretty over priced for a cheesesteak sandwich. You get plenty of food for the cost but for this being my first Jersey Mike’s experience, I was hoping for better. Maybe some fresh cut fries would be a nice add on rather than chips.
The service was great. I was quickly instructed where to go and when I asked questions I was helped with a smile and not made to feel stupid.
I’d come back and try something else, especially with the good service. Just be prepared to spend a bit.

We eat at the Rolla Jersey Mikes quite often and really enjoy their sandwiches. Last night, 11/03/25 at around 5:30 pm, I walked into the store and was immediately hit in the face with loud music that was laced with vulgar language. The music continued the for the 15 minutes I was in the store. I’m not a prude but don’t enjoy listening to that in a store. Definitely not kid friendly. Sandwiches were delicious as always!

Absolutely garbage service. Im a regular at Jersey Mikes across the country for years. Ive been a rewards member for probably 15 years. The Jersey Mikes in Rolla, Missouri is trash. Ive had to walk out of the restaurant numerous times for a multitude of different reasons. Main one being out of bread. Other being closing down too early before closing time. Good thing Jimmy John’s is right across the road.

Did a pickup well in advance and they weren’t busy at all. Food didnt have the extra bacon i paid for nor was there the correct chips or even drink. Insane how they couldnt get very simple things right. Forgot to add but the food wasnt even worth it. Chicken was extremely dry and the chipotle mayo was really light. That and thete philly steak taste horrid and the only thing that taste right on it is the white cheddar

Placed an order online and asked to get mustard added to my sandwich. After picking it up and getting home I realized they didn’t put mustard on the sandwich at all, but rather gave me 5 mustard packets for me to do their job for them. Lazy.

They kicked my friend out for bringing in a jimmy johns sandwich which would be fine, but they seemed to care about that more then their own customers. Pretty sure they were pissed because we got there slightly near closing and they had to serve us, even though it was 40-30 mins before closing with barely any customers

This is the 2nd time here and the food was excellent both times! We had the Club Supreme, roast beef, turkey, Applewood smoked bacon! You can order all subs Mike’s way, do that too!! I only wish I’d have taken the photo before I dove in!

Foods good but arrived at 8:30pm (closes at 9pm) and was told they were closing. Sign said they were open along with the website and the door sign. Please update hours if this is not the case.
