Very disappointed. I ordered a cake and I’ve had good experiences in the past. This time I sent them my inspo and it looked nothing alike. I asked for the cake flat and not tall but then when I arrive they said they didn’t have the items to decorate it so they gave me whatever. And the cake I chose was in their catalog.

I ordered a mago cake with strawberry mousse and it was horrible. My guests said the breading tasted like cornbread instead of vanilla cake. The mango part had no mango flavor. It was just yellow mousse. The strawberry mousse no flavor. So yes, the cake sucked. It was not worth $100+.

They serve moldy foods!Be careful! My husband just bought chocolate eclair today and it has mold inside!!! I used to love their foods but with what just happened, we are never going back! I will never trust them ever again!It is definitely not safe and it only shows they keep old food and not throw them or they are not clean! So better save yourself. I hope we will not end up going to the ER because we ate their moldy food.

We were Givin a cake with bases not properly supported and as soon as cake got to the car it tipped over. After assuring us that the cake wasn’t going to tip or fall if we drove off with it. Well car never turned on or left the parking lot. Bakery didn’t want to help out or be responsible for giving us a cake that wasn’t supported correctly for tiers. Manager that day was also rude when we brought up the situation and asked for a resolution. Told us they aren’t responsible for anything

I went here today to Try to Order a Cake for My Kids Birthday. First Not only was I Not Greeted but the staff were just starring at me not say anything I was confused to where the check out was even at. I waited a few mins no one said anything , I was very extremely dissapointed and Now sad because I really wanted a Cake made here but they also pick and choose their Patrons so I just Politely said If they did NOT want to Sell to Me thats all they had to say instead of having me standing there looking like an Idiot. I felt Discriminated and now Im Sad because I will not Have the Cake I wanted. Looking for Recommendations Now.

I went to visit my father for his birthday and stop by this bakery to buy a cake, it was one of the worst experiences I had. You have to make a line out side and when you go inside to placed an order there is no sense of direction. The person that took my order was rude, while she was packing the cake she had me go to the register to pay for the cake then she disappeared without saying a word. I did not know where my cake was I had to ask another employee for my cake. She left it somewhere around the counter. They have very poor customer service and very bad manners. I am not from Maryland and I left with a very bad impression of this location. Please be aware.
