Dined at this KFC location in the past week. Keep in mind that I hardly ever eat at KFC anymore because their food has gone downhill while their prices have gone uphill. But my wife and I needed a quick bite before heading home. Mistake!!! KFC was true to form. I got the nuggets (8 piece) which were maybe the size of a quarter. The wedge fries were over-cooked and cold. The biscuit was also cold…old…and hard! I paid $8 for that!!! Just a reminder that the “Colonel” died a long time ago!!!

When I arrived at the store the door was locked. No one was in the drive thru or inside, so I placed an online order for my son. The order time was 9:08pm. The order was estimated to be ready at 9:15pm. I pulled up at the window and the young lady asked that I pull up and she will bring the order out. I watched from the parking lot and saw there was no sense of urgency with completing the order at all. I know it was late and staff was probably tired, but it was a painfully slow wait. The young lady did not come out to bring my son the order until 9:35pm. She came out the side door accompanied by another co-worker. They seemed so caught up in their conversation and neither seemed to have any urgency to give me the food. I literally had to tell my son to get out the car and retrieve the food. The food was warm, but it was not freshly hot as you would assume it would be especially with the long wait time. Despite it all, my son enjoyed the food but the wait time for the food was painfully slow and took away from the experience. During this whole time, no other customer even came through the drive thru. I don’t suggest anyone go to KFC late at night unless you have the patience to wait a long time for your food.

They had pot pies on menu board at 12 noon on Sunday but didn’t have any to purchase, then failed to include side item with purchase. Took a long time to complete order at drive up window. They didn’t appear to be ready to serve in a timely manner.

Since C-19 I’ve been to several fast food chains and I’m over getting my money that I work hard for and don’t get what I pay for. If you’re dealing with food in fast food everyone should be masked. Talking and breathing, spitting over people’s food is unexceptable. The food you’re serving should shut the stores down. Half cooked chicken trickle all kinds of health issues.
I want my Money back and will never be back! Hire some people that care about the food they’re serving to others and Pay them. These days, you get what you pay for! At this point I’m calling out everybody that choose to play with my Food and my Money!

You should be ashamed Auburn Alabama KFC and my 3’s I’m being Generous

Today is the third time I’ve tried to get a pot pie with no luck, he said do you want a 7.00 box or a bowl, I said I’ll take the 7.00 box he said oh wait, let me check:( this used to be a great location but it has gone down, down, down. I don’t think I will be going back here again.

Stopped in for a couple of #16 5.00 fillip boxes. Food was hot and served in timely fashion. Food tastes good with no issues on that part. Restroom floor appeared toilet had over run. It was clean and well stocked but sloppy wet floor and had a stinch of sewer smell. Upon sitting down we had to find a clean table as several were dirty. Other than that I give it a four star as the food and service was good. Friendly staff.

We ordered food and they had us pull into a parking spot. There were at least five other cars in spots waiting and more pulling up. We were there for over 30 minutes and no food was brought out to anyone. They need to stop taking customers if they are backed up like that.
