Very nice sandwich shop. Portions feed 2, lol. Friendly service, delicious food, and nice decor. Only downside is canned/bottled drink instead of fountain. The Tripleta and Cuban were both delicious!

This place has the greatest sandwiches. I will recommend. But it can use some cleaning as follows: the number stands are dirty, door towards pickup booth, and edges below the bar area walk were the stools are. This can give the wrong impression to customers of how the kitchen may look.

Great atmosphere, small and cozy place. Food is delicious, fresh and very generous portions. The employees are super friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent price for what you are getting. We ordered a Cuban sandwich and a bistec sandwich with a Latte and fresh orange juice. Totally recommend this place!

I really do like this place and have been a regular customer for a while. I love their coffee, and the ladies at the front have always been very kind to me. However, I was disappointed with how the manager handled a recent situation.
There had been a mix-up with my last online order, and at the time I was told I could come back and receive a replacement at no cost. I’ll be honest—it had been a few weeks before I reached out because I wasn’t in the area and had been busy, but since no time frame was mentioned and I’ve never dealt with this type of issue before, I didn’t think it would be a problem.
When I called, I was told the manager said they would not honor it because too much time had passed. While I understand that the timing wasn’t ideal, I would have appreciated a better customer service approach, especially as a returning customer. I even asked to speak with the manager directly to share my feedback, but they did not get on the phone, and I was told it was out of their hands.
This experience left a bad taste in my mouth because of how the situation was handled by the manager. Good customer service goes a long way, and this could have easily been resolved in a better way in my opinion.
