The food was terrible! $19 for chicken fried steak that was disgusting Hashbrowns were gross. Eggs were overcooked and TONS of butter. My sister had the driest turkey club. The whole thing was nasty. Will never go back. Service was non existent as well.

Went and had breakfast there a few days ago and the food was good unfortunately the kids pancake was WAY too big for my 3 year old. They don’t portion the pancakes differently so my 3 Year old got this Giant pancake the was bigger then the plate so he didn’t eat even half of it and it just went to waste which is irritating because it was $10 just for that and they also don’t have bacon or sausage on the kids menu for breakfast so you have to spend an extra $5-$6 if your child wants them. Every disappointed for how much we paid that they don’t take that very child eats different and children can’t eat a giant size pancake like an adult can into consideration.

Went on a little getaway to a neighboring town and ended up at Maverick’s twice! Food and service were great. Folks were very warm and kind. The pancakes were great (crispy edges–yum!) and the biscuits were amazing. My husband was literally smiling from ear to ear while we were there. Would recommend!

This morning was a very pleasant dining experience. The restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere and is inviting. The food was excellent and a very generous portion. The bathroom was very clean as well as the entire restaurant. The best part was the service. We were greeted with a smile and had a very pleasant conversation with Jill. What made it even nicer, is the employees here are not required to wear masks. It is time to move on with the restrictions of the past two years. They offer take out with a smile if you don’t like their policy.

The food is ok. The pastas are more like soups, the omelettes have raw vegetables, and the cowboy burger is just a regular burger (no bbq sauce). While everything does taste good, they seem to always fail on some level. The staff is friendly and the outside seating is great, but try as I might I don’t come here very often because it doesn’t make me want to.

Nice people, nice looking place, but the breakfast sucks! I asked for over medium eggs, extra crispy/dead bacon and hashbrows. I was told when ordering ” it’s hard to get crispy hash browns right now but I’ll write it down” .. why?
The egg came out hard with Tons of butter on it. The has brows were like Luke warm almost cold, nowhere near crispy. And the bacon was borderline soft/floppy. The biscuits hardly had any gravy, covering 1/4 of each biscuit.
I got a new egg and it came out over medium but had more butter floating in it than the first egg..
Paying 13 dollars for this very very mediocre food is something I will never be doing again.

This place is truly a breakfast gem in Colville. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is always delicious, and they make you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The blueberry pancakes are an easy 10/10 — absolutely worth coming back for.

Wonderful food and experience overall! We were seated fairly quickly. Food was well-priced, and portion sizes were larger than I had expected! Had no problems clearing my plate. My husband and I will definitely be taking more opportunities to visit when we’re in the area!
