Only had two breads In stock. Had three scoops of tuna. Barely spread the toppings. Added way too much vinegar. Gave me the death stare. The worst sandwich of my life. They didn’t even ask to give us a receipt so we don’t even know how much we where charged.

I walked inside the Subway on Lomas Santa Fe Road and saw the place look empty except for an employee having a break at the bar stool. I said hello to be friendly and waited patiently. After five minutes, a man comes out that looks like the manager and I said hello. He seemed to be on his way out. A few seconds later two more girls come from the back of the room and one stopped to help me. I greeted her with hello and how are you doing. I ate the sandwich there an noticed that when customers enter the store a bell rings. Also, the staff greeted the other customers and was at the counter. Maybe, I came on a change of shifts about 3pm on a Saturday.

Sandwich was not bad BUT She doesn’t allowed me to refill my Coke. She said “No refill at this time”. “What kind of time? When these rules have been changed?” I’ve paid for it a full price. These people so greedy that don’t allow to fill a cup for thirsty customers. I’ve been eating at Subway “forever” but nobody and never verbally assault me like in this place. My advice don’t go there. Save your money for a better place.

I ordered online 90 mns before they closed. I rushed down there an hour later to pick up my two orders, and saw a subway employee in his car, and the restaurant was locked up and closed. I received an email that stated due to foreseen errors, we had to cancel your order. We have refunded the money we charged your card. Well, thats all good and well, BUT. your hours state you are open till 10pm. I had a 930pm pick up time for my order. The employee that was sitting in his car was laughing and talking on his phone with the music playing. He saw me and drove out of there in a hurry. The time was 9:40 pm.
I cant respect a business who lies about their hours and will not even provide a reason why THEY cancelled my pickup order.

Poor customer service. First the employee tried to rush my order and began assisting the next customer before I finished my order. After making additions to my order she sarcastically asked “now is that all”. Lastly she snached the cash out of my hand when I paid. It seemed like she was in a bad mood today. Felt uncomfortable and will not be visiting this location again!!

No attitude from the 2 girls that work there. Subways new commercial is an absolute lie. Nothing is new. Bread is thinner like a hot dog bun. They have no black olives, and others they used to have, are gone. I’m done with Subway. So many others have a way better sandwich.

Quick and friendly service. After a long dip in the ocean, came here for a bite.. Subway, as usual, good and fresh sandwiches and friendly staff. The location is quite nice too. It’s placed opposite the Fashion District, Solana Beach Train Station and the beach. Come here on a cold evening, sit out and eat, and you’d love it..

He was stubbon an didn’t want to hand over the order he kept saying are u don’t is that all you want on it till I jumped in an said he asked you to not touch his food an have someone else fisish the order. Very rude man Raul. If this job isn’t for you customer service your in the wrong place a worker gave me the manager number I called but no answer I will definitely be calling Corp come Tues morning. Worst subway sandwich ever, bread half cooked, meat in the meat balls was burnt, flys all over the food preparations area, Inexperienced staff, somehow seemed it was the first time they prepared a sandwich. Ended up eating quarter of the sandwich and throwing the rest in the garbage (where that sad excuse of a sandwich belongs). My advice: don’t eat there!
