Stopped in for a treat yesterday Sunday 2/1, the customer service rep working gave nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service! She was very polite & knowledgeable, never showed any ounce of overwhelming frustration while working alone with a line as long as she had. Treated each customer with grace and not a rush feeling just to clear the line. I applaud you Maddie , and will definitely stop by again because of your customer skills

I went Thursday about 815p. There’s free parking. We usually come to this location, This time i got a banana royale, however was really disappointed. I got pralines and cream and strawberry cheesecake… flavor was good. BUT, i had more banana than ice cream… ha, I’m not sure if I got ice cream because I didn’t really taste it either. I also chose caramel topping instead of hot fudge…I also didn’t taste or see that. Next time, I’m getting only ice cream so I can see and taste what I got.

This location is clean with friendly service. There are a variety of options available to select from as ice cream options. They even have sherbet.

Exploring off the tourist routes I stumbled into Baskin-Robbins and had a coffee flavored ice cream jar topped with cream and caramel drizzle. Filipino girl serving 1130 (30 Sept 2025) I was only one in. Spotlessly clean and tidy is what I noticed immediately. Nice chat with server. If I lived round there I’d visit frequently as it was a really nice experience

Brought my kids on a Friday night and the young adults behind counter were so respectful, polite and patient with my family and I. I was expecting it to be cold so I brought a jacket but it felt so warm and cozy. I didn’t have to hurry up and eat my ice cream because I was freezing. We took our time and relaxed with our cones! The interior looked remodeled with new seating too!

Honestly it was fine until COVID-19 hit. I’m not sure but I’m pretty sure the owner has been running things since. I’ve never seen a haole person in there until now and I will say that he was unpleasant. On top of this I had my kids with me so that didn’t help. That last sentence I shouldn’t even have to say. Things are hard on all of us. Nothing makes you special. Ice cream shops have always been a great experience and that’s what I remember as a kid. Which was very rare for me. This guy was not cool and we will not visit again. So if you are the owner, how did being rude and frustrated work out for you? Do you need fewer customers or more? This comment probably won’t make a difference but it does for me and my people.

If your trying to order something, don’t do it here, avoid this place and go to Safeway or any place else. I would give them zero stars or even a negative rating, but sadly I can’t.

This will be a long long story.

We called to order a mud pie only to talk with some one who had no clue how the order system worked. The first person told us we couldn’t order after 5pm, for a pick up two days in advance and that we would have to call back and order “tomorrow”…a day closer to the date we wanted it, which doesn’t make much sense. Especially since that would have put us within 24 hours of the pickup, which has been a requirement in the past.

Following that debacle, a manager spoke to us and said we would have to visit the location to place the order, while giggling about the employee not being able to help us. It seemed pretty unprofessional considering this was a complete inconvenience to us. So we go down to order and are only then told that they don’t make mud pies, they need to make it as close as they can but as a cake.

The icing on the cake, so to speak is that when we picked it up today we were informed that they put the happy birthday on the side of cake, that they always do this because the top is too small to write on, which wasn’t exactly true. Then didn’t even cross the “t” for birthday.

We will not be ordering from here again. Save yourself some frustration and order elsewhere.
