My sisters and I always enjoy having a meal here when we’re in town to visit our aunt. The food is excellent and reasonably priced, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is well-maintained. I have recommended it to others here in Green Bay when I learn they’re going to Shawano for an event. A great place!

Gorgeous atmosphere relaxing and fun free pool and darts. Drink selection is incredible from beer to hundreds of different liquor choices. Food was delicious you can tell chefs really care about taste quality and the customers opinion. The chef came and asked how we liked our food after appetizer and main. We had lobster dip which was amazing and da beef which was phenomenal.

We have tried most dining options in Shawano but for some reason we hadn’t tried this one. I’m glad we did. Service was initially very sloooow. We walked in the bar and there were several employees standing or sitting in the bar eating. I was hoping one of them might be on the clock but no…. eventually someone came from the other room and took our order. Things improved from that point on. Philly Steak was delicious, as was the Burger with cheese bacon and onion rings but the star of the show was the fresh made potato chips. Easily the best I’ve ever had. I think I would go back just for them.

Food was spectacular. Service was absolutely great. Clean and inviting atmosphere. The staff responded in a timely manner. The cooks in the back were focused and provided fast service. The food was exactly how it was ordered. The pies are phenomenal and are Amish made. I would definitely give a 10 star of possible. I really enjoy the chicken bacon ranch wrap and cheese curds.

I enjoyed this place. I had a burger here for the first time in around 4 years. I ordered the JP burger as I wanted a challenge. The burger and fries were good, but unfortunately I wasn’t given the option of cook temp so I was given the burger well done. I definitely prefer my burgers around medium and it was a shame as everything else was great. The atmosphere was cool as it was a combination cafe and sports bar. The server was nice and checked up on us regularly. Overall I’d recommend this to anyone in the area.

The grommer does a excellent job cutting the trail right to the parking lot. I took that trail yesterday. I was The first one on it perfect trail love Shawano cafe and JP’S. Always and forever. You guys are doing a great job up on that hill I love it and the people of Shawano county love it Top notch. Thank you for doing what you do. It helps having the best chef around in 5 county’s. As we walked in the front door, my friends and myself were greeted with such a friendly staff. We were seated right away, even though there was a busy crowd. The menu was full of tempting food items. I love that they serve breakfast all day long. The waitress was very attentive to our order. I ordered the swiss mushroom burger without the bun and passed on the fries. Well this lovely waitress returned and asked if I wanted to have a replacement item. I chose a soup( chili). Everything tasted beyond good. The burger was beautiful placed with a leaf of lettuce and the chili was really warm, just right temperature. This meal was beyond grand. The prices were compatible with others, and I would rate this restaurant, service and delicious food, 100%A+. You won’t be disappointed.

Horrible casino host. Totally incapable of doing there job. Customer service has dropped steadily over last couple years. This is after covid do no excuse there. Shower in our room kept turning on and off on its own. Got tickets for Lonestar show back in September and when I came to pick them up envelope was empty, my phone number was on someone else’s name ,and of course could not do anything for me. I know it does not matter to the tribe that owns casino but this will be my last visit.

Horrible service the night we had gone food came out at all different times and there was only 2 other tables. Waitress explained that my sons food was given to the table and that they were making a fresh plate for him. His food came out and I was still waiting on my meal. The waitress never would’ve noticed that my meal also hadn’t come had I not said anything myself. After talking with management about our experience I was supposed to be refunded, well its been over a month and multiple attempts I’ve been ghosted. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to go here!!

It’s a very nice, recently updated smaller sports bar attached to a local favorite restaurant. Service has always been great and you can order anything off the menu. I use JP’s and Shawano Cafe frequently for business meetings and other networking events.
