I give this experience an overall score of 4 for service and food. This restaurant was a takeout order and the wait was very short. The fries were sooo good! The food was good as well, just wish the bun could have been a bit softer on the burger.

A little chain off the highway, everyone was so nice. Even gave me my food at my table. The chimkin was juicy but bland. I know why the comeback sauce has that name, I wanted moar! The onion rings were good. Tater tots needed a little more salt. A good stop and change from the normal nation wide chain

Our experience started with Ija the cashier, Keshawn the cook who made everything fresh to order & hot, Kia the lady who served us, and McKenna who checked on us in the dining area… Not only was the food outstanding & hot, the service was great. I appreciate the whole staff at this location & great food made this an amazing burger joint!

The food tasted delicious. The table tops needed to be cleaned. When I tried to find napkins to clean a table they were on lock down behind the counter. I guess people are stealing them ♀️. They need to hire someone to clean the lobby. Lastly there was some kind of strings on top my biscuits, I guess its from a towel being placed on top.

There were only 3 cars ahead of us but we waited 22 minutes to get the food we ordered in the drive-thru to find it was cold and Tophers had charged a 4% “Supplemental Fee” on top of the 10% taxes. In other words, we were required to tip a fast food restaurant for slow service and overpriced poor quality food. Tophers used to be a much better place to get food but that is no longer the case.

Their service is good. Little slow but then food is always hot. Would whether have a small wait for hot fries and burger than lamp heated. Used drive thru.
