The wait staff and place is awesome. I got the Border Burger and comes with a lot toppings but I thought the burger it’s was kinda dry. I personally like my burgers to be rare to medium rare. The beef had a good flavor, but when cooked to well done they are very dry. The fries were good.

Been looking for a good burger in the Springs, and finally found it. Such a variety!! The beef itself is delicious. The surf and turf has freaking fried shrimp!! Of course I had to get it. Absolutely delicious. Good draft beer selection too! Local stuff. We’ll become regulars.

I had high hopes for this place. Especially considering everything is made in house. I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt and say it was a one off kind of situation. Unfortunately, the food did not make up for it. I ordered the Border Burger. Personally I did not like ciabatta bun that the burger came on. A regular hamburger would have sufficed. The presentation could have been better too. I don’t understand why the burger patty itself was placed off to the side of the bottom bun. Probably to show the toppings. But the toppings were so messy sliding it onto the bun was a nuisance. I can understand having the top bun off to the side to see all the condiments etc. But no need for it to not be on the bottom bun. I ordered truffle fries with my burger. They were soggy and lacked in flavor. Other members of my family weren’t impressed with the food either. My son had a cheeseburger and the bun was so hard he couldn’t even bite through it. I even tried to cut through it with a knife and couldn’t. I asked the server to take it back. She was very apologetic and they made us another burger with a better bun. Which I’m grateful they did. Overall it wasn’t a good experience for me. I wanted to like it. But it definitely missed the mark.

One of the owners took time to talk with us about the menu and the history of the restaurant, which was pretty neat. I got the mushroom and swiss burger, and asked for caramelized onions on top and truffle fries. It was all so good!! The owner, when asking how the food was after it had been brought out, said that he loves mushrooms on a burger, but if he can see the meat there’s not enough mushrooms. That’s something I can support! Will definitely be back to try a different burger, absolutely delicious!

Delicious burgers. My husband and I stoped by based on what we read on the reviews, glad we did. There was barely any wait time and the environment was definitely chill. Excellent taste and presentation. They’re huge! I had to eat mine by parts to finish it (Ate the shrimp first) Lol, Also, The SOTB drink I got was also very taste and sweet, which is exactly how I like then. We got sweet potato fries and regular fries that we had to take home because with the burgers it was enough, Lol but they’re were also delicious. I snacked on them through out the day.

Discovered this place by accident. It’s so new, there isn’t even a sign yet. However, inside decor and bar area top notch. Menu is astounding. My burger was perfectly prepared and the accompanying fries were like a mountain. Great service too. About average price for an upscale Burger place.

Really good burgers and the service was great! Servings were just the right size. I tried their Border Burger and even with the fried jalapenos it was just the right amount of spicy. I’m definitely going back to check out their other burgers!

Great service and friendly staff along with super quick service. My cheeseburger was just average/good. However, they had some great sweet potato fries, actually had the texture of normal french fries, light, fluffy, and crispy. Outdoor seating has great views of the mountains as well.

This is the first place I ate in Colorado Springs when I moved from Dallas, Texas, it was so funny because this place is based out of Texas and I had no clue!
The American bacon burger was delicious
And Danelle was amazing! She took great care of me and gave me tips on the area!

****EDIT: Been here 3 times since my original review, my verdict still stands, this place is amazing! Food was great every time, the craft beer selection is great! The staff is wonderful, Greg the manager is awesome and probably the best boss I’ve seen in the restaurant industry I hear how he talks to the employees and he’s very encouraging of his staff!
Danelle is always the best! Go see her at the bar!

Ordered the Border Burger, figured I’d get the flagship and it did not disappoint. Rick, the owner/manager was a great advocate for the restaurant and how they choose ingredients. The appetizer sampler he gave was just fantastic. This place doesn’t cut corners on ingredients. A must visit if you’re a burger fan.
